Well, I am reporting in today, as we will be gone on vacation for the next week and a half.

Sorry to report this, as I am up in weight.   But considering all the challenges I had during this period, I guess I should be happy that I'm not up 10 lbs or something.

This morning's weight was 158.2 lbs............which would be an overall gain of 1.2 lbs.

Hope to do better in the next challenge!

Hi All,

Right now I am at 209 still, scale doesn't seem to be moving, but will give my final on the 4th.

Yay! I made my goal weight. I weighed in this morning at 156.5 pounds  The down side is that I went to the all you can eat Chinese restaurant with my mom and sister and had many many calories of delicious chinese food. I DID have lots of fruit and some veggies though. I still have two days to work off any extra weight that my celebration might have caused. Off to the September 1st Challenge

Thanks Aimless! You did an outstanding job. Good luck to everyone else.

I need all 40+ hours if I'm going to make it! Help!!!!!!

I just read that goals should be goals, but attainable ones and that successful people have more failures and suffer more rejection because they DO MORE!! They also have more successes! So, no matter how we all do, remember we tried and sometimes goals have to be adjusted as you go along. Just keep moving in the right direction!

Good luck to everyone on the last 40+ hours. We're all better for trying and getting the support we need right here in CPH!

Yay!

Okay, that's my happy cheer for the day.

Cheers,

Well. Weighed in for the last time for the 4th challange, I am going to be gone the next couple of days.  Doesn't look like I made my goal.  weighed in today at 197.  down a couple of lbs but not the 6 that I wanted.   OK on the positive side this is the least that I have weighed in 8 years.  I just need to change things up a little.  keep positive.

Weighed in this morning at 235 - I didn't make the extra few pounds past my goal, but I was able to maintain at my goal weight for this challenge and that works for me!    This despite a ton of evil things over the weekend, LOL.

Thank you very much for running this challenge, Aimless - it was fun!

Well, I tried... I didn't make my goal of 10 lbs and 171, instead I GAINED a pound this week! Well, no time or place for bad words, so I will say, I was 175 this morning and still 6 pounds down from the beginning of the challenge...

Thank you so much ML for doing this! I'm incorporating challenges in my goals now and am participating in the September challenge, and am in the middle of one with a friend to not drink for 7 days, which will be more because I don't drink on weeknights before work. Next beer is available for drinking on Friday the 13th!

My new challenge goals are All because of YOU and your great idea!

Good luck to those who are holding off until midnight to weigh in!

Cheers,

Hi All,

I seem to be hanging at 209lbs, I think that I may have to change things up a bit here, to see if I can drop some more weight.  I am not going to step on the scale this morning though, because I had a beer and a brat both at the fireworks show last night......that was around 9pm, after a great dinner. Oh my..........beer doesn't taste good unless I have food.....should of stayed away from the beer.............

Hope to see you all at the labor day challenge...

Great job Morbilmon.

I'm seeing a lot of goals surpassed, and weight lost! This is great! We are going to kick some tushy in the September challenge! Great job everyone. Looking forward to enjoying everyone's wisdom and successes.

Judy, can I tell you, it's not even 11 am and I'm now craving a bratwurst and a beer?! Yum!

Cheers,
