My 'average weight' is quickly catching up to my actual weight.
This was the week when I saw my actual weigh-ins go below my target range (117-123) on 4 days. 100g of 'dry mix' is 100g of 'carbs' (give or take) and I have read it suggested (Lyle McDonald?) that dieting athletes should ensure carb intake is X + (Y x H) where H was number of hours of exercise, and my vague recall was that both X and Y were 100 grams. I may want to Google this at some point. This week the approach is to aim to eat 'more' the day before Body Pump (= eat more on Monday, Wednesday, Friday). Monday's 'more' was almost 300g of dry mix. On days with evening workouts I may want to eat some of my allotment (say 100g?) during the day.

i am fluctuating alot lately...i am back up some to 160.8
oy vey...its soooo darn hard just to maintain let alone lose!!!

I am currently settled into "eating 300g" most days. My last 6 weigh-ins are within my 117-123 range.
For the next challenge I shall keep my goal weight at 120lb, to remind myself that this is indeed my target range. Whether I'll manage to stay in range and remain energetic for my workouts is another matter.
