I'm last on the weight loss challenge chart. I don't like to be last at anything so this is bugging me. I have obviously not been staying on track at all. I've been lazy and I've been eating mostly junk. There's only one way to change that, get back in control. I feel that control today and I'm going with it. I will not make my challenge goal, or even get close but I will not let that get me down. For today I will move forward and will get my butt moving. Summer is just around the corner.... no time to waste anymore. I'm looking forward to the next challenge.

131.6
My eating has been horrible recently!
MichelleP--your comment about getting back in control is definitely a motivator for me, and since I'm second to last on the weight loss challenge chart I definitely need the motivation! It's time to re-dedicate!

Well hello my last place neighbor. Seems this challenge hasn't been working well for us eh? Time to re-dedicate for both of us. All my best to you!

i am thrilled beyond to annouce that i have made my goal of 152 and surpassed it with 151.4~! I havent ever been this low before!!! I cant get over myself that i was all the way to 159's again over 2 weeks ago and worked hard enough to get this gain back off again! :) I am very happy, but still in shock :)
Hey guys, all that are struggling, just hold on and keep the faith! I didnt give up and it paid off!

The Independence Day challenge is now live at
http://www.caloriesperhour.com/forums/forum46/10508.html
SW 52.92 (116.6lb) GW 54.38 (119.8lb) goal gain was 3.2lb
So what actually happened? CW 52.26 (115.1lb) showing 1.5lb loss!

Long term picture: it looks like I'm where I was in late December.

During this challenge period I increased my calories but perhaps too "cautiously". There was also something of an experimental intake in the last week.

Looking at the Month of April, average calorie intake was 2134 calories. If I had been standing still the verdict would be to increase calories by 100. If I'm considered to have lost 1lb then it should be increased by 200. Am I willing? I've only just literally increased my target up from 2150 to 2175. I don't see myself changing intake faster than once a week. At least I'm moving calories in the right direction.

i look at the chart and see actual loss of 3.6 and have to laugh because i went way up to 159 and then back to 156 then back up and down again to 153 and then back up to 155 and now back to 151.4 so really didnt i lose more than 3.6? lol.....in my mind i have achieved GREAT THINGS in this challenge!
Thanks Nir!
