There's this show on the Biography channel called "I Survived" you may enjoy. It focuses on individuals who overcame unbelievable circumstances, such as surviving domestic violence and rape. It's definitely a show that empowers the viewer to keep moving forward no matter what the circumstance. It airs Mondays at 9pm ET.
