would losing some weight in 3 weeks be better than losing no weight at all? if the answer is yes then I suggest you start by creating a calorie deficit (this can be by eating less, moving more, or even a combination of both). We have a fantastic tutorial which is a great place to start.
(Female, 24, 1.65m, 107kg) - your BMI is 39.3, your unadjusted RMR is 1820, you are advised to eat no less than 75% of that i.e. 1365 should be your minimum intake (I'm sure you've also seen general advice about women not dropping their intake below 1200 calories). If you don't know how many calories you are eating then you need to count calories.
You are probably burning 2184 calories a day if you are not exercising, so that will give you a deficit of 2184-1365 = 819 calories, giving a loss of 7*819/7710 = 0.75kg/week.
You asked about losing 15kg in 3 weeks i.e. 5kg a week, you would need a 5*7710/7 = 5507 calorie deficit per day to achieve that, in other words you would need to exercise many hours every day to achieve that deficit.
I think that the most useful thing you can do is accept that some loss is better than no loss and start working towards achieving the best you can do. Does that make sense? Please don't give up just because your loss is not physically achievable in the time frame you gave yourself
