Hello! I was hoping to get some advice.
I would like to lose 10 pounds in 2 1/2 weeks through healthy diet and exercise. Is this possible?
I'm try to lose weight fast, but in a healthy way only.

Hi,
I am giving you some tricks you can read this because to reduce your fat you must have to know about your self and also where you are?
Do you know that why we should take the weight off? If you are carrying some extra weight like most of people around us are, I am sure you will face some problem due to your extra weight. Weight loss will reduce stress on our heart, reducing the chance of heart disease, cancer, possibility of diabetes; feel better, look more attractive, etc...
There are 101 reasons why, but it can be a real pain to finally get that weight off. You push really hard, make a little progress, get side tracked, and bam you are heavier then you started.
It’s annoying. Enough with that hassle, I have put together 5 simple steps to actually losing weight and keeping it off. These steps can be applied to anything, but we are focusing on weight loss here.
1. First You Have To Know What Your Want
2. Then You Have To know Where You Are
3. Know About Your Results
4. Make Course Corrections
5. Being held Accountable
With above steps, your extra pound will auto dissolve off. Yes absolutely right! Above list of five things is not going to do, so I am explaining the details of all and where the hang up normally occurs when applied to losing weight.
1. First You Have To Know What Your Want
First point is much simple because most of people know that how they would look after losing weight and how many pound they want to loose. You can think about your weight and then can make decision that how many pounds and in how many days you want to lose your weight.
I think you would want to know if your body started to looking in shape according to your choice, does not matter that what you know about it and how long time taking lessons are.
2. Then You Have To know Where You Are
This is the big trip up. It is almost always overlooked and is the number one reason for the up and down Yo Yo effect we experience with losing weight. We are not happy with our body structure due to weight (some pounds of fat) and also don’t want to know about our positions because it can be very painful for us. But it’s a truth that you have to know completely about your weight, if you want to judge accurately the results in weight loss process.
Let if you are on a trip to San Diego, California and you want to start your trip from some common and famous places like Phoenix, Arizona, but you don’t have idea that where you are right now. Very simple, Try to find a map of interstate and search about 6 hrs for you location.
6 hours later, you have no clue where you are and it is definitely not warm San Diego. You feel defeated and you want to give up! Do you blame the car? The stupid maps? San Diego? Yourself?
Think, what will happen, if I told you that you were actually in New York City, not Phoenix, Arizona. Six hours drive west from here means from New York City will never get you to San Diego.
If you will take long time to find out accurately where you are, you can find easily your desired location and also can make a decision about timing that how long time it would take.
This is the same with weight loss and our personal physical condition. In our minds, we think we are starting in a different physical condition then we really are. When the results don’t follow the illusion in your mind, we get upset.
3. Know About Your Results
Third trick is theoretically very simple. If we don’t know that what we are doing then how do we know about our work? It can be simple to do, but also not too simple to do. According to me in last most of people can not track his results.
4. Make Course Corrections
We try to fix our daily routine according to our requirement to keep off weight like dieting or change our food diet, some machines to do exercise, and some fat burner yoga. This is very much interested point because you change you schedule according to weight loss requirement.
You can not do any things without knowing it completely means you must have to know about from where you should start and about history of tracked results. We might be handle it greater but have no clue as to what we should change or in which directory we should go and that’s why we have to take some knowledge about our work.
5. Being held Accountable
No, not responsibility! That is an wickedness sound. I don’t wish for someone to be familiar with what I am doing, or more outstandingly what I am not doing.
So, why do we oppose responsibility, your top secret stick to weight loss? For the reason that it works! If you identify somebody is going to be watching, you would go behind through or at slightest suffer extremely scratchy not following through.
If you will use accountability sensibly then it can be ultimate turbo inoculation to your weight loss. Since you are going to be accountable any way, you might as well get something out of it.
If you use accountability from stating, you can achieve the body of your dreams. If you let your body clutch you accountable, it will throw on fat in place you don’t want it to be.
In weight loss process it does not matter that how is your plan? Good or poor? If you are not taking any action on it then all plans are worthless for you. So you have to make a plan that what should you do now?
First of all you should get Accountable.
You should forward this article to someone you respect and be concerned about and tell him I want to be accountable to finally taking of my extra pound. And when they agree to support you, start working through steps 1 to 5.

10lbs in 2 1/2weeks is very possible. 10pounds in 17days, you gotta lose .58 pounds a day to achieve your goal!
I'm assuming you have slow metabolism like me, your body doesnt breakdown food fast enough and store most of it as fat
Since we have slow metabolism, what you want to do is turn your metabolism up and keep it running to burn calories throughout the day. try it out by doing theses steps below, it worked great for me
as soon as you wake up, drink 1 full glass of cold water.
- Go jog about 20 to 30 minutes.
- eat a healthy breakfast, eat little carbs. veggies, egg whites, fruits
- break your lunch meal into 2 and eat half of it and 3 hrs later eat the rest half.
make sure you eat lot of greens (veggies) and drink LOT of water through out the day.
- avoid juice and soda for awhile. Water fills ur stomach up, suppresses appetite, and BURNS FAT.
- go walk around for even 5 minutes if you can, just do digest it.
- 3 hours later (should be around 6pm if you eat your lunch at 12pm) eat small portion of your dinner. still avoid consuming lot of carbs, just consume little bit. eat grilled chicken or broiled salmon with lot of greens. (consuming protein burns calories from trying to digest it and white meat are easy to digest than red meat)
- 30 mins later, go to the gym. walk for about 10 mins and go jog for about 30 mins to burn off the calories you just consumed.
- you dont want to starve your body so 3 hours after your dinner, eat some fruit, lot of veggies like baby carrots, celeries, and drink lot of water
cut down 75% of your carbs, only consume white meat, lot of greens, fruits for snacks, lot of exercise to elevate your heart rate and metabolism running.
