Hey im struggling with one thing and another. Recently my gym membership expired so i have nothing tto work out with except a pair of adjustable dumbells and a treadmill (which i dont use). Im thinking of ways to motivate myself because of this. Now that i don`t have a gym membership what in the world can i do. I can see that i`ve gotten fatter. Now im 5'7 or 5'8 and around 190 pounds!. I really let my self go. These are my goals: Im a Male Btw..
5'8 - 5'9
28-30 Waist
140-145 lbs
No Double-Chin, Skinnier thighs, and No belly Fat
Yeah. Also im looking not to be just skinny but to become a #%@&! of alot more stronger and cut. I`m looking more of that beach body that i always wnated. Another big thing is my diet. I really don`t know how to eat well. I eat well for like a week then its too hard to maintain so i start eating junk food gradually. Can somoene please help me out wiht the diet part. I really need motivation for that.. Also is running HIT necessary if so i will try to commit myself into doing it. Another thing is how much calories do i have to intake to lose 50 lbs by June. I know this is unhealthy but this is a drastic thing. I`ve heard my friends losing 20-25 lbs within a month. I know thats unhealthy but honestly it doesnt affect you that much by a long run. Can someone please help me out!
Also if this is successful i will post pictures of what i looked like and my results!
