Hi!
Well, let's get down to business.
I'm male, 16, 6'1", and 209 pounds as of my measurement yesterday. My last time before that was in November and I weighed 225 pounds. It's not the best but I'll gladly take it!
I go to the gym twice a week for a half hour of weight training followed by 45 minutes of cardio.
I also go to Tae Kwon Do twice a week but how physically hard it is varies per hour long class. It's usually pretty tiring though.
If I stick with this will I keep loosing weight(fat)? What should I do on the 3 other days of the week?
My diet is pretty healthy imo. I try not to eat junk food and that went pretty good over Easter. Since I've lost 16 pounds I assume it's not that bad.
So, advice and the like would be nice

Hi! Welcome to CPH!
I think you would be largely benfited by finding out about how may cals you eat in a normal day :)
