Hello to all of the moderators and members.
I have been dealing with some issues about my physical appearance. I am 5'5 and weigh 105. I want to get into physical shape but lack of motivation caused by a certain personality disorder prevents me from going through with my plans.
The areas that I would like to change is the lower abdomen. I was wondering what kinds of exercises I can do to burn fat besides running?

Hi there It!
Welcome to CPH!

The thing is, it's very hard to spot reduce. You can read the tutorial for more info on this.
You sound like you are at a very healthy, even low, weight for your height. What makes you think you need to change your lower abdomen?
Any kind of exercise will burn fat, coupled with a healthy diet (fruits and veggies, protein, plenty of water, limited "junk"/processed foods.
Jump rope, running, walking, swimming, elliptical, stationary bike, real bike, karate, dance, tae bo, turbo jam, etc etc etc, you name it!
Hope to hear back from you,
CG

Thank you for your response. I just want to get into shape, right now I'm a bit soft and would like to tone up. The stomach area needs some work but more on the lower part, if that makes any sense.
Well thank you for your advice.
