Ok so I am trying to pursue a career as a dancer. I am 19 years old. I'm not over weight at all but I am looking for any advice or a healthy diet that will work for me. I am 127lbs and am 5'7. I need to get down to a solid 120lbs. If it weren't for dance, I'd be perfectly happy with my weight. However, as I'm sure everyone knows, a dancer has to be very thin. Please help me. It's not much weight to lose. I just want to make sure I do this the healthy way and learn how to maintain it.

Thanks

Karyn

You should click on the calries burned calculator, and then use the RMR calc to find out how many calories you need each day.

Eat protein and veggies each day, and drink plenty of water.

Also, exercise each day.

Hope that helps! And hope you stick around---welcome to CPH!
