 Okay, so I'm not really sure how many calories I'm supposed to be eating. I read the tutorial, but didn't really get it. I'm 17, I weight 190 and I work out almost everyday. I wanna lose like 10 pounds this month. Some help would be greatly aprreciated. :grin:

Your unadjusted RMR is around 1600. You probably burn between 2200 and 2500 calories because of your activity level. You should eat a minimum of 1200 calories but if you exercise a lot you might do better with more calories (say 1500-1600).
