| Ive decreased my intake of junk food by alottt. Ive been eaty mostly chicken and a salad with ranch dressing for dinner. and a fruit smoothie for lunch. Ive been running atleast 2 miles every night. somenights up to 4 miles. depending on the night. Am I headed on the right track? Ive been doing this for about a week and a few days now.

Well, sounds like you're doing pretty good!! A few questions/comments:
What's for breakfast?
Make sure you don't eat too few calories!! You have to have a certain number to survive. Are you counting cals?
It sounds really good though!! Some veggies, protein, fruit.
Oh, is the smoothie like from smoothie king or something, or are you making them? Just that the ones from smoothie places usually have tons of sugar.

| sounds good, is the ranch dressing low fat, that would help. i would also reccomend running after dinner as opposed to before. then dont eat afterwards. when you get up in the morning make sure to eat a good breakfast. breakfast and lunch are much more important than dinner because you need the glucose to do daily activities but you dont need much energy to sleep.
