| Well, i live in a pretty tall condo building. And ive been running up the stairs from the 10th floor to PH2 (26th floor). Non stop the whole way up, then taking the elevator back down to 10th, then doing it again. Is this a good workout? And Is it bad to do it every night? And is there any protein shakes or anything of that sort i should drink or take before doing it? Sorry for all the questions =p

Hmm...seems like it would be ridiculously hard on your knees. I mean, running in and of itself is rough on your knees, and running up stairs would only be worse...do you have like a sidewalk that you could run on, or a park, or a treadmill...a flatter surface?
I wouldn't think you'd need a special protein drink or anything, but there are definitely some good shakes and bars and stuff out there if you think eating/drinking one would make you feel better.

its not hard at the knee's at all. Ive been skating for around 5 years, and just recently quit. My knee's can handle it. And would a protein shake have any positive effects? like make the weight drop faster or anything of that sort? And im not that overweight. im 6 foot around 180 pounds. Heres a pic.

16 stories very impresive
ok, about the knees yes its horrible, but you wont notice for around 40-50 years so i wouldnt worry about that, especialy if you use protein shakes and such because you have to intake protein to make new cells annd with the damaging effects of running the stairs and muscle growth needs. youll be fine. id reccomend keeping it up and getting more protein in your diet.
