Calorie deficit do i need to lose weight?
I'm counting my calories and so far for 2 days i consumed 1750 calories and 1780 calories. Is this enough to lose weight?
Yesterday when i consumed 1780 i went to the gym and worked out
Today when i consumed 1750 i had gym class for 50 minutes i played a 4v4 game of Basketball.

I will need to know your weight, height, and age, and about how much you exercise in a week, to be able to determine that.

You ought to be able to lose weight if you shoot somewhere between those two numbers.
You should never eat less than 1,855. That is your unadjusted RMR---you burn that much every day just sitting around breathing, talking, blinking...if you eat less than that, your body will be suffering for enough energy to perform daily tasks.

are you serious.. wow i thought it was that i burn 2000 caloreis everyday which is why i ate only 1700-1800 lol.
Well i dont always go gym and stuff so how much would i burn a day? With school and all that

That is the number you burn for a "sedentary" day, meaning little or no exercise and a desk job.
