The tips i can give you is to cut out all the junk food you eat
like crisps chocolate biscuits.Eat healthier  make sure you eat
your 5 a day fruit and veg and excercise !
Some of the other people on here might give you some more
tips/advice alot better than mine becasue ive just stated the obvious
which you proberly already know lol, But if i was you id start off
by reading the tutorial on the website.

(if you dont mind me asking what is you weight/height.Doesnt matter if you dont want to say :)  )

Flip had the very best suggestion, IMO: read the tutorials on this site (if you don't know what I am talking about, click the caloriesperhourlogo at the top of this screen, then click the link for diet and weight loss tutorials.) It may seem like a lot to read, but it is all very helpful, and worth the time to read it if you truly want to lose weight.

So, two stone. That's 28 pounds. (Sorry, that probly means nothing to you, but it makes more sense to me :tongue:) Can I ask you some questions? cause here, we are all about healthy weight loss, and for the right reasons...

What made you pick this goal? Are you going for a number on the scale, a pant size, a BMI number...?

Do you know whether or not this is a healthy goal for you?

Why do you want to lose weight?

How fast do you want to lose weight?

Sorry, hope I don't scare you off. :smile: Just curious.

I'll tell you what I am doing, that is working for me. Just plain counting calories, and exercsing. Making sure I eat enough cals, but still winding up with a calorie deficit each day (I'm 16, btw)

Healthy weight loss is between 1 and 2 pounds (0.07 and 0.14 stones) a week. At that rate, it will take you between  4 and 7 months. i have heard that the slower it comes off, the longer it will stay off.

Okay, now I'm going to hush and let you go read tutorials. Hope you talk to us some more!
