I did it for a couple of days...and then I overdid it...and I so sore I did away with it.

I need to pull it back out though. I'm sorry, i didn't stick with it long enough to see any change, but I'm sure you are right. i honestly don't see how it couldn't be...

Hope the pain's history now. I'm a bit scared because I've tried running, and my knees couldn't take it. I enjoyed it though...

Procrastinating burns at least 1000 cals...right.... Phish I wish I'm doing it know instead of  a history project. Darn you Albert Einstein!!!  Just under 2 hours until i have to go to work and I know I will have no engery to do anything but shower( everyone cross you fingers :dizzy:) and going to bed. But anywho When I'm at the barn I try to walk as much as possible. After I ride ( a whole 10 minutes maybe) a put Ava in the pasture and take the saddle....then come back for the pad..then the bridle and so on. I have a treadmill that I share with my mom but....grr.. I need to to find more time. Is there anyway we can add a couple hours to the day..at least until may? I have a whole $4.26 i'm willing to throw down! Anyone with me?
