I know of at least three brands: Skecher's Shape-Ups, Reebok Easytone, and Avia Avi-Motions. I'm wondering whether the original is the best or if the later developments are more advanced. Any guidance?

I have actually been researching the same thing!

I have found that the most affordable brand that performs the same as the brands you listed is made by Curves.  They can purchased through avon for only $40.  I am so ready to order a pair!

go to youravon.com/cfrazier and I believe the shoes are listed under wellness.  If not, just type it into the search box.

I saw those when I was ordering Avon yesterday and I kind of thought, looking at the soles, that all they did was rock back and forth. And, well, I have some sandals like that and they're kind of dangerous  Maybe this type of shoe isn't for those who are accident-prone like me.

I am quite accident prone myself, so we'll see if I don't fall on my face lmao.  However, I'm willing to try them to improve my fitness!

I have a pair of the Reebok's and like them so far, however, I cannot wear them all day or my 2nd to the last toe cramps.  It's a pressure point thing I guess.
