I have seen this product advertised soo many times and have even looked at some reviews on it and it seems to work. Work in the sense of toning different muscles in the body and so forth. Before spending my hard earned money i would like to see what results if any people have gotten, and what your opinions are about this product. I myself do not see myself getting big with this product, but than again thats not my goal.

Buy a couple of cheap dumbells, or use water-filled bottles.   That way, if you get sick of working out, you're not dumping a load of hard-earned dosh!

Thanks, though I actually already have some dumbbells lol. I also have a bench it is just that I can’t find more room in my garage. I was looking at the Total Gym product not only because of the space I can save but because they claim it provides a full body work out. I need something that isn’t too expensive and that I don’t have to continually have to buy stuff for. I just want to know if anyone has used this product and would recommend it.

I know that these sorts of kit are sold with the 'whole body workout' tag, but I manage that with just dumbells and a Swiss ball.  Saves on space, money and time going to the gym.  And using free weights employs the stabiliser muscles as well as the group being worked, which adds to the training effect.

Sorry if my first post didn't make that clear.
