Has anyone tried this P90-X workout? All the results I've seen from it happen in a 5 yr span and every comment I've seen on it has been that when your doing this workout you get sick easier, you dont feel well, cant eat properly, etc...
Just looking to find out if its worth it or not.

I can say that PX90 workout does work, but it is very difficult is you are not in shape when you purchase the program. You will loose weight because it makes you change your routines frequently, this is what leads to the quick weight loss. If you stick with the program through the 90 days, you will be in Army shape!

Hi Everyone~
I would like to report that I am almost finished with my first round of P90X ~ I did the classic version. I was never one to workout before but became addicted to this program..why... Because I saw RESULTS very quickly! This program works. I did not have much weight to loose, but wanted to tone up & somewhat bulk up.
After the first week I had lost 3#'s & 4.5 inches!
It is hard, especially at first but you modify & do what you can..keep track & do alittle more each week.
You can follow my transformation at fitcountrychic.com
I am so proud of myself & what I have accomplished! I am more confident, stronger & overall feel healthier!
I have one more week & will post my before & after pics.
***Keep in mind that the Beach Body has TONS of other programs ~ there is something for everyone.

Hey,
I have been doing P90x for a while. Yes it is VERY challenging and I was in great shape before I started, or so I thought.
However, beachbody does have other products. You have to pass a physical fitness test before you can do P90x.
You really should start with Power 90 first, then transition into P90x.
Power 90 is more cardio and doesnt have you doing 120 pullups in an hour!
Also, beachbody makes all the supplements you need to support your workout.
P90x does get results though. It will change your body in 90 days.

well,I really would like to take a try to p90-x as I've been doing workout for a long time and I want to break a plateau by a really hard workout.
but tell me,can one do it at home?I mean do I need any equipment?dumbells?
I don't have much a lose and not to mention that I don't want to bulk up as I'm a female, but I want to tone up and lose 2 kg or so.
