I found some weighted vests online on walmart for $45!
Do you think they're worth it? And does anyone here use them?

What are they for? Most of us weigh plenty as is.

Sounds kind of like Peter's 20lbs of sugar challenge, lol.
I suppose it would work well enough. I would feel like a moron wearing something like that. But, if that doesn't bother you, then go for it.
If you like weights you can always get wrist and leg weights to use also.
