Hallo ! I am a new in this forum, I couldnt read every topics in this forum, and I am very sorry if there is such a topik about Ring turning ( excouse my poor English)
I have Magic hoop ring with massage balls and I started to turn this ring at 15.03.2008. I have heard that it is very good way to lose weight and to have slim waist.
My weight not change in this aproximetly 1 mounth but waist is -4 cm
Is there someone else hwo do the same ?
