Hello! As I have promised Debo99 on this forum, here are my TaeBo results for the first month.
I have started Weight Watchers and Taebo. My starting weight was 146. One month later, I weight 134.5 :D
I have been using various Taebo DVD's for at least 40 minutes, 4 to 5 times a week and doing Weight Watchers religiously. What a difference! My clothes are already too big! My goal weight is 112 so I still have a lot of work to do. But it's going sooooo well.
The DVD I used the most were: Fat Blasting Cardio, Total Fat Blaster, Cardio circuit 1, Cardio Circuit 2, Get Ripped Advanced 1, Ultimate lower body workout and Cardio bootcamp. (Without the bands).

i like tae bo ^_^ although that one stupid move, the... speedbag one i think its called, i always nail myself in the chin, its like i just forget to have coordination when i do that move. lol. ....adds amusment i ..uh.. suppose. ^_^
Big Congrats on the loss! I used TaeBo while doing Tae Kwon Do and could really tell the difference in my ability. Due to various things (laziness for one), I have slacked off, but will begin again on Monday. I know what you mean about the speed bags--gotta be careful! lol My dogs have learned to stay away from me when I'm doing sidekicks. haha
