I just did the whole DVD: Upper body 20 minutes, Lower body 20 minutes and no more than 5-6 minutes abs + back.
After three years of working out regularly I thought I was in good shape but this DVD kicked my butt!

Yeah we can, and that's what is so cool about trying different workouts from time to time!
I actually have some DOMS this morning too!
Have you tried any of Kathy Smith's DVDs?
