Has anyone else had any experience with Yourself Fitness? It is a virtual personal trainer for x-box and P.C. computers. I have the x-box format.
To set it up you customize it for your abilities( you take your resting heart rate, type it in, then do 2 min of jump jacks and record that heart rate, then however many squats, crunches, and push ups, you can do with out breaking form, etc.. so it gets a good idea of where you are at and customizes the work out for you.._) and every 10 workouts it has a physical challenge where it shows your progress.
The workouts are different every day and the exercises change as your abilities change.
Since its on your hard drive it has a calendar and knows when you have worked out. It will say something to you if you miss a session. The virtual lady holds you accountable!
Overall, I like it very much. Has anyone else used it?
