| Hi, newbie here to this forum...I did Winsor Pilates (WP) 4 yrs. ago while watching my diet, and I lost 22 lbs. and lots of inches! Then, I got lazy and started to eat the foods my Naturopath told me I had an intolerance for, e.g. gluten. The pounds got packed back on and more! Does this sound familiar to anyone??? Now, I'm just disgusted with myself. I'm 5'3" and weigh 184. So, I'm back to working with a Naturopath (a new one), my Endocrinologist (I have thyroid disease- hence the slooooow metabolism) and I am starting back in with WP tom'w plus walking every day. Does anyone have a recent success with Winsor Pilates? I'd love to hear it! Is anyone starting WP and wants to buddy-up with pep talks? I'm just looking for some support here! Thank you.

Hi! I have never done WP, but thinking about it. Did you buy the whole WP set? If so, did it have a beginner's DVD and/or a DVD that shows you how each exercise is done? My core is very weak, so I know it will be very hard for me, but good in the long run. I hope you are back on track and would love to hear how your progress is going.
Thanks, Amy
