Is Turbo Jam safe to use? I think I might have weak knees, so would it be alright to use it?
Also, is it safe to order from Beachbody? I heard some horror scam stories on some sites about ordering from Beachbody, but I want to know your story. Did you have any trouble with them?
How much room do you need to do the workout? I don't have that much space in my house so I don't wanna knock something over while I'm doing it.
What were your results like? Is it really easy to stick to? Were you satisfied? What do you think of Turbo Jam Maximum Results?? (If you have it).
Thanks!
*edit*
I'm about 5'0-5'1, weighing about 118lbs. I'm very inactive & I wear size 5 pants. Do you think Turbo Jam could get me to atleast size 3, and make a noticeable difference? How long would it take? Would it get me slim or would I get bulky muscles?

Let's see if I can address all your questions...
I do not think TJ is an ideal workout if you have knee issues. You can do the exercises with the low impact variations, but it's still a bit vigorous if you are worried about straining joints.
That being said, I did not have any issues with ordering from Beachbody. Maybe it took a little longer than I expected, but that's all.
I do like the workouts and felt like they were a good source of cardio exercise. It's not strength training really, so I don't see why it would particularly build muscle for you. As far as how fast you can lose the weight... well that all depends on calories in versus calories out.

Aww.. I really wanted to use Turbo Jam..
I hope my knees won't be a problem though..
They were totally fine until a few months ago when I landed funny while doing a jump. I don't know if they're healed yet or what. I'm scared that I might've permenantly damaged my knees. How should I know if they're in good condition?
