Hello Everyone,
I am new to the site, I just wanted to share my experience with the Taebo workout. For starters, I have been doing Taebo since it first came out, I was introduced to it by my twin brother who is a Deputy Marshall in California. He was invited to one of Billy Blanks classes. Mind you my brother has 0 fat on his body, works out atleast 2 hours a day 6 days a week. He called me and told me about this kick A workout that is out, and he was not ashamed to admit that he could barely keep up. I wanted to see what all the hoopla was about so I had my brother mail me the tapes (VHS) and I have been hooked ever since. Well after having four kids, thanks to Billy/Taebo, I have managed to stay in a size 7. I workout 4-5 days a week switching between workout videos, and tapes since I own everyone Billy has came out with lol. To me it's cheaper then a membership at a gym. So for those of you who are undecided, hesitant, or just scared to dedicate yourself to it, I promise you if you do, you will get the results you are looking for plus more. With my last pregnancy I weighed in at 2051bs before my Dr induced my labor. By the time I went for my 6 weeks check up I was 1501bs. I started doing the basic Taebo less then a week after giving birth to my daughter. I would not recommend that to anyone! But, I did it. I did follow the meal plan, and I also had help from my son with lifting my legs because they were so big lol. But the weight fell off very fast, and I have kept it off. If your excuse is you don't have the time. I have four kids, five if you count my husband, I work full time, and I am in school part-time. I make it work. Getting up at 5:30 in the morning is great for me because I have that 40-55 minute time with taebo/Billy before my house gets chaotic and with the results I have gotten, Its well worth it.
