Anyone planning on watching?

I read a very interesting article about the show. It showed the season 1 winner. And he's gained back almost all of his weight.

They said something like that the contestants are always on the verge of being dehydrated, which is why they always have HUGE numbers after only a weeks time. Also read that some of the contestants gained back 30+lbs in a few days just by drinking normally again.

I still like the show, but reading things like that is a bit.. I dunno.... dishonest maybe? No that's not the word I'm looking for but the only one that I could come up with hehe.

I'll still watch of course, but I won't be so OOO and AAAHH seeing those big numbers anymore after reading that article.

YES!!!  I loooooove it! This show is what kick started my motivation to get healthy and reminded me that it is totally possible to do it the right way!  I'm enjoying watching all of the past seasons they are re-running right now. TNT? BRAVO? I have no idea, I T-VO them all.

That man that has gained back all his weight..... is he the only one? I'm not a Biggest Loser expert, but of all of the reunion shows I've seen..... I only remember a few people having trouble keeping it off, most of them have done great.  As far as the dehydration goes, I wouldn't doubt that AT ALL... my gawd 20 pounds in a week??? That has to be alot of water weight.

But I still get motivated every time I watch it!!! LOL

I'm addicted to that show.  Even though it's not realistic in real life (losing 20+ pounds in a week, etc) I love it anyway.  I love the personal stories of the contestants, the trainers, and just the excitement of losing weight.

The trainer Jillian is back this year - so there's three trainers for the new season.  The previews look really good.  The reunion show is Tuesday, and the season starts the following week.

If you're interested there's lots of videos and such at....

I'll be watching!
