This video is billed as a beginer/intermidiate workout, but I found alot of the moves challenging. Each move has modifications that pop up on the screen so you can take a break if it gets too challenging, or kick it up a notch (or 5 :)) if you aren't feeling the intensity. It moves at a fast enough pace that there is a small element of cardio (like lunges and squats with steps in between or twists included).
The DVD has 4 segments: butt, thighs, abs, and arms. Each starts with 3 minutes of warmup, followed by 10 minutes of toning, and 2 minutes of stretching. I can use the entire routine for a full body workout, or just 15 minute segments if I don't have the time, motivation, or energy. You can do most of the routines without any weights, but to add intensity I would recomend 2-10 lb dumbbells (I think that what the DVD's cover listed also) .
