Hi just got into the p90x program and lets just say these dvd's are worth the money. It's a program designed to kick anyone's buttock region into high gear! I love it and have been doing it now for a month, and now can fit into pants I have been avoiding since last year and no longer look frumpy in other clothing. Get these dvds and be prepared to sweat off your double chin like I did. The workouts are versatile and if you want to you can take them into the gym. I have been into weight training since '92 and have never come across something like this. Loving it.

| Oh my god I have been wanting to get P90x for about a month now but the pocket book is just running a little itty bit to low right now. It looks intense which is EXACTLY what I need because I am a to be college baseball player not in terrible shape, but could be better. Do you use dumbells or bands? I know the bands would be way cheaper but I am skeptical because I am not really...weak. Keep me updated on your progress, and are you a coach?

This is a great program and my suggestion is definitely get the chin up bar, so worth it. You can develop some amazing lats and upper body strenght by using the bar. I use weights and the bands during the workouts and the bands really add a new feel to working out. I'm not a coach but I have been into "bodybuilding" and fitness for since 1992 and every year my level of seriousness about it gets deeper. I love it. Anyway this program should definitely help with your baseball games! Take care and let me know, if you get the program what you think of it.

Hey there! I think you will really want to order the chin-up bar before too long as you progress. The bands are tough but the back muscles are tougher! Try to follow the program to a tee and you will see max results. Hope you like the workouts!

I am 4 days from finishing P90X. I'm 6 foot and started at 206 lbs with 18% body fat. I am now at 185 lbs at 10% body fat. I've lost 21 pounds and 8% body fat.
Honestly, any hard workout will do, but these videos are by far the most entertaining and motivating. Tony Horton is actually a pretty funny guy.
P.S. I got mine for free. It's called P2P.

Hi there, i just started p90x 2 days ago, i usually hate workout videos, my wife and me tried Tae Bo and i just could not stand billy blanks. I already like the program because i just did Plyometrics yesterday, and it really killed me but p90x is good because i don't have to do it again for a whole other week. anyway Tony horton is a totaly vain Di*k but that actually makes him pretty funny. Well we will see how it goes but i do have to say i am liking the style and the nutrition part is not that hard either.
