Hello,
I've been doing this workout for over a month an a half now. I started with the 20min each day and for the last 3 weeks I have been rotating the strength training with the cardio party video and for some reason I haven't lost any weight. I have noticed a lose of weight in my upper body and a little bit in the mid section but I don't seem to be losing much at all. Where I really want to lose it is my tummy but I find it going really slow and wondering if this program really works. I love doing it and find myself sweating more then I would being on a treadmill for 40mins but have you found this to be the case for you? I don't know what I'm doing wrong? I didn't do the diet but I always watch what I eat making sure its healthy and not to over eat. Does anyone know when I should start to lose more around my mid scetion?

| I did Turbo Jam as a toner workout to build muscle. You burn calories but I found the combo of the treadmill (for calorie burn) a few days a week and then turbojam (for muscle building and abs).

About your tummy, please see the tutorial topic on Spot Reducing, and maybe the one before it on men and women.
It will come off there, but maybe not first.
