This video is about 45 minutes long. It is fun and pretty easy to learn. I had to give it about two times to catch on to some of the moves. At one point I did put the DVD in slow motion so I could better learn the moves. But after about one minute I was able to catch on with it is slow motion. You do some Latin dance, then some funky stuff, and then some retro dancing. It does not leave you out of breath and unable to talk, but you certainly can tell you are burning the calories. If you like to dance, I would at least give this one a try. I think it is workout fun!!!
I bought this DVD myself about a month or two ago. I did it a couple of times and did really enjoy it. Of course I bought this before I really had my head set on losing the weight once and for all. But like you said, if you like to dance this is definitely a good workout tape. I had fun, I should dig it out again and start using it for a little bit of change from what I normally do!
I bought this DVD randomly too--along with a pilates one that I like much better. This one is fun, and I liked it. HOWEVER, it isn't easy and I think it will take more than 2 times through to get the footwork and the arm work. I dance!! But I don't do this type of dancing. It wasn't super difficult, but I'm hoping that that is because I couldn't do everything correctly. Very glad no one was there to watch me :)
