This is a 45 minutes calories burning workout.  I have had this workout for almost a year and I love it.  You certainly do burn the calories.  There are three people on the DVD and they are all at different fitness levels, so you follow the one you want to.  The higher the lever, the higher the intensity of the workout.  It has you moving more than the walking workouts with Leslie.  I would highly recommend this workout!!!
