Hi everyone!
I am new to Turbo Jam for about 2 weeks now. I love it! I am 36 years old, started at 175 pounds and my goal is 135. I am 5 ' 4". I have been doing 6 days per week but I am always challenged with what to eat! I always try to follow a specific diet then I binge back everything I have lost to make up for it. My husband keeps telling me just eat what you want, in smaller portions, drink lots of water, work out twice a day and eat half of what is on your plate! Easier said than done!!! Anyways, we measured ourselves and will post the results after one month. I should really hide that scale too!!! Thanks for all the inspiring posts!

Welcome to CPH. I have nearly the same statistics. My goal weight is the same. I love TJ and have all the videos and extras that came with them. I lost over 55 pounds doing weight watchers and turbo jam. If you want more information, check my diary in the diary section.:dog:

hey skipperdox, I noticed you're from Buffalo...I moved from there about 2 years ago :) I just started tj and I love it.  The time goes by so fast with these dvd's! And congrats on the weight loss! I'm lookin to lose about that same amount. See you all soon!
