I'm thinking of ordering it when I order TJ, but I don't want to waste money so could you tell me whether the band really made you feel the burn, or was just a gimmick to keep you interested in that particular DVD?

In the UK, the band is optional, so that's why I'm asking.

It definitely does! Yay! My parents are getting it for me on Monday!!!!!!!!!!

A bit peeved...on the advert, it showed them using the band, but Turbo body sculpt didn't use the band at all. Obviously mistakened the "booty sculpt" for the "body sculpt".

Oh well.
