Okay, yea, I'm one of those people who can't stick to going to a gym to save my life. 1. I'm Shy, and I won't talk to anyone there more then likely.

I'm also on an Egypt hike (a hike, when put with something like Egypt or Pirate, means it's something I'm hooked on and looking for more info about). My random studies of Egypt lead to (Dun dun dun!) Bellydance! :o And this little Gem - "Bellydance Core Conditioning with Neena and Veena"
It's pink... I detest pink... but it's Egypt related, so I bought it; the Second in my collection.
HOLY MEEP, It's like 'WHOA! Dance! Woohoo!' But it's more the person familiar with the moves. Bad for beginners, sorta, if you want the whys hows and wheres of each move.
All you need are some freeweights, 2-5 lbs. Yoga mat Optional x3
So I put it in, and it's fun! I end up collapsing to the floor with laughter if I can't get a move right, it' that fun just TRYING.
an with Core Conditioning, it's not the 'Sexy seduction' dance many people think it to be. It's a full out workout o.o Muscle Isolations, keeping up with the Belly Twins, trying to do Hip circles while turning in a circle x3
The focus on Warming up, stretching, some of the easier moves of Bellydance as well as some harder ones (Why it's not good for beginners but still great fun), Floor work, cooldown, and you almost never stop moving. They took normal weight curls (Palm to shoulder) and andded a twist with the 'Horse Step', They do floor work, cooldown, and of course, you can chose to view one of their own dance routines! They give you tips and advice before and immidiety after the workout. If you don't want to hear them talking, there's a Music only option, also language selection so you get English, French OR Spanish, take your pick!
The entire thing is broken down into Scenes, so you can start with the weithers if you've already done the warm up instead of doing right to the dance moves. I live with my Mother, Sister and Grandparents, so it's hard to find a time to use the DVD, cause my Family has the TV a lot, but I still sneak in my time, right before everyone elses shows x3
The Workout itself is an hour and 6 minuets long, total run time is 70 minuets. For that 66 minuets your actually moving, you burn around 674 calories! This is by far my favorite DVD of my small collection for working out, hope you like it too!
