Hey yall, I just got this new DVD of Tae Bo flex. It is AWESOME!!! Today was my first time doing it, and I am so worn out, but I feel GREAT! I started doing Tae Bo about a month ago, but I didnt do it everyday, I did it maybe twice a week, and I wasnt really commited, but with just the little bit I did, I got in SO much better shape. I used to have a hard time doing Richard simmons, and the other day I decided that I would try a richard simmons tape that day, and I felt like I was doing nothing at all because I was used to a really good workout with Tae bo! And I am so much stronger, and like I said, I only did this tape every now and then. But I am really focused now and I am loving this new dvd. So I think yall should try it. Later!
