Hello, Preteyez!
We're not ignoring you! Can you tell us more specifically about your problem? Is it Turbo Jam related? Are you trying to do the TJ quick start diet?
Do you have a refrigrator at work where you can place food? Can you bring snacks in to work? Do you have time (5 minutes here and there) where you can eat an apple or a sandwich or some yogurt?
I tried the quick start diet, but it took a lot of pre-planning. I had to make use of gladware and prepack the menu item for assembly to eat them. I do usually get an AM and PM break in the action (I'm a dentist) where I can have a snack. Do you workout before or after you work?
There are lots of tips on these topics in other forums like the anything about food forum and in the diaries. You just need to look. We all have our little ways to get our healthy foods in. Maybe if you start a new thread with more information, you will get more answers to your question.

Hey Preteyez,
I know exactly what you mean by falling off the bandwagon (so i hope you at least come back to read this message). I have completely fell off the bandwagon...stopped doing turbo jam, stopped posting on this site (which I used as my motivation to keep going), but no more! I am determined to start up again. I did turbo jam for about a week until the labor day weekend...and then i stopped doing it for 4 days. I finally started back up tonight by doing 20 minute, Burn and ab jam. Did anyone else notice that ab jam says on the back of the dvd that it is supposed to be a 40 minute workout but when you actually pop it in, its only 20 minutes? Anyone know what that's about??
I've found myself being able to curve my eating habits lately. When I just started with turbo jam, i found myself being sooo hungry so often...but it has calm down lately (thank goodness!). Alright folks, I'm gonna try really hard to keep posting on this, because i feel like the more i post my progress and what i've been up to, the more inclined I will actually be to exercise. Since I skipped out on 4 days, I have a lot of catching up to do! Hope you all are doing well!

Hi! My name's Steph. I'm 17 years old and am 5 feet tall. I weigh 150 pounds. (I've lost 25 lbs so far.)
I just received turbo jam in the mail today. I did the learn & burn workout and it was so much fun!!! I was DRIPPING with sweat. It takes me forever to get that good a workout with Billy Blanks! I'm even sore from learn & burn! I think I'm going to be yet another turbo jam addict :)
The only thing I'm worried about is that I won't be eating enough calories for the workouts I'm doing. I typically eat 900-1,000 calories a day, and I heard that you can burn up to 700 calories per workout with turbo jam. If I did that it would practically cancel out everything I eat. I'd have a hard time eating more than I do now though.

Hi everyone, I am awaiting my Turbo Jam set in the mail and let me tell you, it was very hard for me to order something that came from an infomercial. I am a skeptic about that stuff, but I need something that I can do early in the morning at home before work. I am around 145 and would like to lose 15-20 lbs, because I am very short and have a small frame. Do you guys think that this is a good investment? I have heard good things from the posts but I am scared that it won't be intense enough for me because I am a pretty active person. I just have 15lbs that I lose then gain then lose and gain and need to develop a good routine.
Anyone in my similar situation? Very excited to get the DVD's!

Hey get pumped! im 18 5'4" and 145 so we're probably in about the same boat.. In the booklet it says you should be eating at least 1,200 calories.. so adding some more protien and raw veggies will hopefully help.. just be sure you are getting enough! .. i just got my Turbo jam yesterday and ive already done the learn and burn 3 times and the 20 minute workout once and i love it so much!! hopefully i'll be able to keep up with it and i wish you all the luck!!!!

I just got my Turbo Jam on friday... I ended up ordering the maximum results. Tried it out today.. and it was awesome. I did the 30min. Fat Blaster.. it was great and the minutes just flew by, I was sweating my booty off.. ha ha ... I also did the 3T which is 30min. and it was also fun. I want to try one of the 50min. workouts, but figured I didn't want to do too much in one day. But I will do them tomorrow.. and I can't wait.
I'm so glad that I ordered them and thanks to all of your great feedback I was able to order it without hesitation, even though it took 2 wks to get.
I'm so excited to have started doing Turbo Jam.. yay!!! hahah

HazelEyz - I don't know what your schedule or situation is, but do you have time in the morning to work out?
I can understand though... I'm up by 7 , work by 8:30, back before 6 at night, but gotta cook dinner, still want to squeeze in my shows.. heheh and when I workout after dinner, I ended up quitting faster because then I feel sick since i just ate.
Now I'm going to try and just make dinner, workout ,then eat. Hopefully, this will workout for me.
Good Luck

Since I only got the maximum TJ, I've been trying to find the AB Jam.. and just can't seem to find it on its own. I've searched Ebay, but they only have VHS, but I need a DVD... anyone know where I would be able to find one?
thank you

| You can get it from bb for $20, otherwise you'll have to wait till it pops up on ebay or amazon

It's worth getting the original 5 DVD set. I love turbo sculpt which is also in that set. Plus, I find the reference book and all the other items in the bundle useful, too. Cardio party 1 is my old standby cardio workout. I do it when I don't have the energy for the Max results workouts.

Ditto what Skipper just posted. I can't imagine being without the original turbo jam package; even though I now have all the TJ collections...I still LOVE Cardio Party 1. And Turbo Sculpt is an awesome and very worthwhile dvd!! Talk about turbo toning - woohooooo!!

Hi guys....and gals :) I started Turbo July 17th. I started doing Learn & Burn for the 1st day, then did it twice a day for 4 days. Then I jumped up to the 20minute workout for another 4 days, then went to CardioParty2. Since July 17th, I have missed 4 days of not doing Turbo, at least the 20minute workout. I mean, who doesn't have 20 minutes??....geeez. I weighed roughly 240, was wearing 36"+ dickies pants, which have an elastic waist for fat boys. They were getting tight. I was about 38 inches in reality. Last night I tried on my 34" pants and they fit. Amazing!!
I used to go to the gym many years ago everyday for at least 2 hours. I didn't receive the results at the gym like I do with Turbo .... and only doing it for less than 2 months now. Your results are definitely Turbo!! I hate dieting as it takes a long time, with little results. Now I actually have to eat so I don't get weak. I used to be able to skip lunch, but not any longer. I still eat somewhat healthy, and drink a few beers. I am still losing weight.
People are saying, "Holy Crap!!....you look great. Your arms are ripped." I have done Turbo Sculpt just 3 times in 2 months, and my arms are defined just from doing Cardio Party2.
I am preaching this program to everyone I know... including my parents who are about 60. If they can do it....YOU CAN TOO!!!
Good luck people. If you are impatient about dieting, this is definitely a program for you..... I like the Turbo results, because I like to eat, and I don't want to feal guilty about it.

I, too, advise those skeptics, to just go ahead and purchase turbo jam, it's well worth it. in january 2005, i weighed around 148 pounds. i started cutting back on fastfood (i was total fastfood person) in the latter half of 2005, i stopped eating fast food so much. by jan 2006, i weighted 138. so i lost pounds just by changing my eating habits. i had never liked sushi before, but i started to eat that instead of fattening stuff whenever i feel like eating out.
in january 2006, i also started working out, first starting with richard simmons workouts (sweatin to the oldies series ), and worked my way to kathy smith kickboxing. previous to this, i hadn't seriously worked out since about high school, i am in my mid twenties now.
in march, i got the cindy crawford ultimate challenge dvd which is terribly hard to do everyday. i then purchased turbo jam, ALL their DVDs actually. i started doing turbo jam cardio and strength training 4-5 times a week and i started feeling myself tone up a lot but with no weight loss. i even gained because of muscle mass i was building. i wouldn't touch the maximum results dvd for awhile because they're a bit longer and harder. but now i love the max results dvds, especially punch, kick and jam, and hardly reach for cardio party 1 or 2. i still mix the cindy crawford workout in once a week because it's a total body workout.
when i started moving my workouts to mornings, before eating anything, which is supposed to help burn fat more, i started dropping weight faster. i now weight 127, down 9 pounds since march, and i feel good. i still want to drop another 5 pounds, and i realize i won't be able to until probably december, and i am ok with that. i thought losing weight would be very quick because i had read that others were losing 1-2 pounds a week, but i realize my body's different, and i am making my exercise and eating habits a way of life and not just a temporary thing.
like chalene says, you need to make time for your workouts. there's many days when i don't want to work out because of school or my job, but i do anyway, because really, it's only 45 minutes to one hour of my time anyway.
turbo jam is really fun. after working out with chalene on the dvds, i can't even go through my kathy smith dvd anymore!
i hope this helps anyone looking to lose weight with turbo jam. remember that weight loss can be slow, but stick with it and you'll end up with great results.
good luck to all.

Wow - it's been days and no turbo jammers have posted?? I'll put an end to that right now!!
How's everyone been doing? Still pumped? I miss reading about everyone's excitement and progess doing this workout. I'm still enjoying it tremendously. In fact, in about 30 min I am popping in Cardio Party 2.
Anyway, I was just curious about how everyone was doing...Keep Jammin'!

I've been meaning to post on here.. but haven't had the time to be online that often. I started Turbo Jam about 2 weeks ago and I haven't weighed myself or measured any inches, so not sure about any weight loss... but I do love doing the workouts. I feel like i've lost some inches and some of my clothes fit looser, but don't know if it's my imagination and wishful thinking or if it's turbo jam. Either way... I'm just happy that I'm able to look forward to doing a workout everyday and even if I don't have that much weight loss, i will still be healthy by doing it . I do get lazy on some days and feel like I don't want to do the workout, but once I put that DVD in and start the warm ups... I start enjoying myself and can get through the whole workout.
I've only missed two days so far in the past two weeks, but otherwise I've been doing it faithfully. I sweat like crazy, but love the fact that it goes slow and then fast, especially the Fat Blaster, I don't get tired doing the workouts and can keep going I'm finally getting the hang of the harder workouts, I was having a hard time keeping up with some of the moves. With Tae Bo , I couldn't wait for the hour to be over sometimes, because I was so tired by the middle of it, but with Turbo jam, i'm able to get through the whole workout and still could do more, but still sweating like a ..heheheh
I kind of find "Mindy" annoying... hahahh .. because she doesn't have a microphone, she only nods and smiles when Chalene mentions her... hhahah but it's okay.. won't make me stop... hah I like the music it's very upbeat.
I just like it all around.. no complaints.. i'm already wanting to buy other DVDs, i do want to work on my abs.
I would recommend TJ to anyone... My fiance even said he is thinking about doing the workouts w/me. But we'll see...
Have a Wonderful Sunday everyone!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Bride2Be,
Congrats on the looser fitting clothes! Isn't it the coolest thing to actually look forward to a workout?! I would never have believed this in a million years if I hadn't tried it myself. I also have a day here and there in which I don't really have the motivation to exercise...but just like you said - once the dvd starts I am totally into it. And sweating like a !!!
I used to do Tae Bo also; but it just doesn't compare to turbo jam. Boring...hurts my back...yuk. I even gave the latest Billy's Boot Camp Elite to some co-workers who wanted to try it. At least it's not collecting dust...yet!
I've just finished with week 2 in the 'advanced rip you up rotation'. So far my favorite dvd is still Punch Kick & Jam. That one gets my heart rate up like no other LOL.
And I totally get what you said about 'Mindy'. She's such a sweetie but her very exaggerated facial expressions get on my nerves a bit...they make her look so fake.
Keep Jammin'!!

Hi was wondering if you could help me i have jsut started Turbo Jam and I am loving it I only have the original series but whenever I read this forum you all are talking about other dvd's I have had a look on Beachbody but could only see the one's I already have which I had to buy through an as seen on tv type company as I live in New Zealand and they are the carriers of Turbo Jam it is quite new here can you tell me what dvd's are available and how I could get hold of them I don't think Beachbody ship to New Zealand though. Just feeling a bit panicky that I won't be able to get more. Thanks

Hi becks!
Glad to hear you're enjoying Turbo Jam too. Hopefully I can direct you to the other dvds so you can check them out.
On the beachbody site, look at the very top of the page where it says 'Top Sellers' in small print, click on that, now look over to the right-hand side of the page where it lists more fitness programs - if you click on 'follow- up programs' it will show you the Turbo Jam Live package and the Deluxe package (click on them individually and it tells you all about each); and lastly if you click on 'advanced programs' you will see the Maximum Results package (my fave!!)...click on that package and you will be shown what comes with that.
I hope that helps. I don't know about the shipping to New Zealand however. Sorry.

Becks, I think you can get other programs through e-bay, but you'll probably pay a fortune in shipping. They sell for more on e-bay than they cost on Beach body.
Beyond the basic package there are Lower body Jam (comes with an exercise band), Cardio party 2, The maximum results package including: 3T (Totally tubular Turbo), Cardio Party 3, Punch Kick & Jam, Fat Blaster, and exercise tubing. And the live package including Booty Sculpt & Abs, and Live Cardio Party Remix. Rumor has it that Chalene is developing another set as well.
Hopefully you'll be able to get the other sets soon.
About Mindy: I think her exaggerated facial gestures are cute. She was a cheerleader back in school. I'm usually thinking whatever is on her face at the time. You should see my facial expressions. I tend to have a war face on especially when I'm concentrating on not speedbagging my own chin. LOL I couldn't be in Chalene's videos...My face is usually reddish purple, I'm fair-skinned and get red quiclkly. I can't avoid blushing when the occasion calls for it.

Oops...didn't mean to sound too harsh on my Mindy comment. It's when Chalene says to 'follow Mindy for low impact' and she sorta overdoes it when the camera focuses on her. Or when they are resistance training and she doesn't have weights/bands because of the low impact part...and she gives the 'whew this is tough' look...the wide eyed and exaggerated nods are a bit too much for me. I like her though - she's adorable and comes off more natural in the infomercial and her bio.
And I don't even wanna know what my face looks like during turbo jam!!!

Oh my gosh there are so many thanks heaps for that, you really are spoiled for choice, hopefully I can get them all at some stage, might have to come over and stock up, do you both have them all or which one's do you recommed, I too have done Tae Bo fro years but just really needed a change I absolutely love Turbo Jam this is the first day off I have had in a month as I am sick I still tried to do it but couldn't, IT IS THE BEST EVER I am really jealous that I can't just get them all though but where there is a will there's a way would appreciate your feedback (ratings) on the others when you get the time Thankyou Happy working out, p.s. I love reading everyones achievements keep up the good work everyone.

Hi again becks! Sorry to hear you're sick; I just got over a bug myself last week. Hope you're feeling better and turbo jamming full speed real soon!
As far as rating the other turbo jam dvds, first let me say that I love them all...each one has something great to offer that makes it worthwhile. That said, the Maximum Results package is my favorite.
Maximum Results includes Cardio Party 3 which is awesome, Punch Kick & Jam which is still my favorite, Fat Blaster which is super when you're short on time (30 min), and 3T which is a toning dvd with the tubing.
Next, I would say the Deluxe package. That one has Cardio Party 2 which I am liking more and more each time I try it, and Lower Body Jam which is toning with the resistance band.
But I also like the 'Live' dvds, too...so hard to choose. That includes Cardio Party Remix (30 min) which is Chalene's favorite routines from the other dvds all put together and Booty Sculpt & Abs which is a sculpting dvd that never fails to make my booty and thighs burn!
Anyway, those are just my own personal opinions...hopefully others will chime in and give theirs too!

I love all the videos. It would be hard to choose a favorite. I think I would not buy 3T if I had the option, but the others are in significant rotation.

That's what I'm hoping, too. We've reached that 'late Sept/early Oct' period and I haven't seen anything on beachbody.com yet...hopefully it wasn't just a rumor though. I am certainly not bored with all the other TJ dvds yet...but I really need something to look forward to!

I think you guys have finally got me sold to cough up the money for the TJ DVDs. Even though I don't have much room... I know how hard it is to trek to the gym when the weather starts to get cold and snowy.
Any suggestions about ordering online??
Of course, I will use the link from this site!

Hi! It's a day of firsts for me. I just got off the phone and ordered the Turbo Jam package and it's scheduled to arrive tomorrow. I've been watching the infomercial on our local Home TV Shopping and I must say, it looks very intriguing---not to mention promising. After I put the phone down, I researched some more and found this forum...which marks my second "first" for today. I've NEVER joined a forum of any kind before but when I came across this one, I got even more intruigued and excited to get started---especially after reading all the encouraging things you all have written about Turbo Jam.
Been trying to lose weight my entire life. I've tried the gym, Herbalife, Xenadrine, Hydroxycut, Metamucil (still on it), and even Windsor pilates. Granted, most have worked but I could never find the energy nor the enthusiasm to sustain them so I always gain the weight back...and then some. As for the diet pills, I kinda feared for my health as they used to have ephedrine when I took them so I stopped.
I'm 32 years old and I'm at my heaviest at 208 . I'm REALLY REALLY hoping that Turbo Jam's what I expect it to be---fun but effective, not something one can easily get bored with. It has come to the point wherein the frustration of not being able to lose weight is unbearable.
My ultimate goal is to be able to wear a bikini in Boracay next Summer. I'm tired of always being the girl who wears a one-piece bathing suit (AND SHORTS) at one of the best beaches in the world. I've never worn a bikini since I was 7!! Wish me luck!
P.S. I love this forum!
Good day to everyone!

Trimblebe - Yay!!! You're going to join the turbo jam party??? That's awesome! It really is a blast. I don't have much room here to exercise either. The most you really need is a couple steps to either side...and a couple steps front to back. And nothing too close when you kick...including pets - LOL- yes, I kicked my twice now. Oops! I can't wait to hear your opinions when you get TJ!!!
Apple - welcome aboard! I did the same thing - saw the infomercials and thought turbo jam looked really fun; then I found this board with the overwhelming positive responses to TJ - asked a couple questions here about it - and BAM I ordered it and never looked back. I got sooo hooked on this workout that I ordered the rest of the TJ sets on beachbody.com.
I'm quite a bit older than you (I'm 43) but my starting weight was 211. Pretty close to you. I really think you will find this workout to be fun - something you will want to stick with. I am wishing you tons of luck - and that you'll be wearing that bikini in the not-too-distant future!!

Hi everyone, This is my first time posting on here, though I have been loitering for a couple of weeks now! You are all so inspiring and supportive and I really hope you'll all be able to help me to shift some weight. I just bought Turbo Jam a week ago and have done it a few times, I really enjoy it once I'm doing and it really works up a sweat. My problem is ensuring I do it everyday and staying away from chocolate! I'm going to start a journal on these forums to hold myself accountable.
I'm 19 years old, female, and currently weigh about 88 kg (which I think is about 190+ pounds) and want to lose about 75 pounds ultimately. I'm barely 5 ft 2 in tall and combined with my age I figure my goal is somewhat realistic. I just need to stop being such a cheater!
Scoobees- I'm really impressed with your weightloss so far. Was that all from turbo jam? What kind of diet do have? How long has it taken you to get this far? I hope you don't mind all the questions!

Hi thinkskinny - glad you joined us, and thanks for the compliment. And I never mind questions - fire away anytime!!
I started officially on Jan. 1 2006 with exercising & dieting. I've had a couple really bad months way back where I fell off the wagon...but so far I'm actually down 38.5 pounds. All of it was not due to turbo jam; I think I was already down around 20 pounds by the time I finally ordered it. And then I became addicted to it LOL! I ordered the rest of the TJ sets and they are awesome! Right now I try to exercise 6 days a week; I rotate doing a turbo jam workout with either the elliptical trainer or the bike. I don't have any sort of special 'diet', but I try to eat as healthy as possible and I count calories. This site's calculators help immensely in figuring out how much you should be eating.
Hi to Kgirl also!! Keep Jammin'!!!

Thanks for your quick replies Scoobees and Kgirl! I know that anything I do now will be better than what I was doing before (i.e. nothing!) and that its all about changing my way of life. I'm already finding I'm putting alot more though into what I'm eating. I say that but today I've eaten a load of peanut butter M &Ms I live in Nz so we don't get them over here but a relative of my Boyfriend brought them over and I couldnt resist! I'll have to jam hard later! I feel guilty about foods now that I used to eat no problem before so I hope my mind is detaching the ideas of happiness =junk food.
I am currently trying to master the 20 min workout, it's definitly fun but I have real issues remembering to do my "W" when doing kicks etc. But as CHalene says "the more you practice...etc". I have done ab jam once. I really liked the standing part of it but wow, is that floor part hard. My tummy is a real problem area though so i've got to stick at it. One side of my back was really sore the next day so i should learn how to control the moves more. How often do most people do the ab jam?
Apologies for my really long posts.. I must be making up for lost time!!!

Hi! I am new to these forums. I bought TJ a few months ago and have done the program here and there. I really like the cardioparty video. I got really mad bcause I did the tapes for six days straight--just the cardio party and I did not lose any weight. Do you often switch the videos up? I need to burn 700-1000 calories and the video sheet said TJ for 45 minutes=700 calories. Does anyone have any thoughts or can tell me what they did to lose weight fast with Turbo. Did you mix up videos/times etc.? Thanks!!!

| Hey Everyone! Well i am having a bit of trouble doing the longer turbo jams. The 20 minute one i have down pat but the cardio party is still a bit too difficult for me to finish. i havent tried the turbo sculpt yet because my tape was broken so they had to send me a new one, So i'm hoping that will be a bit easier. Did anyone else find it difficult to get used to cardioparty??? thanks!!

I think it's wise to mix-up the turbo jam videos...follow the workout schedule that was included with the original set. When you do the exact same workout repeatedly, your body will adapt very quicky to it, meaning less effort on your part and less calorie burn.
I don't know about the 45 min cardio party = 700 calories burned. I know for a fact that I don't burn that many doing it; I wore my heart rate monitor when I first started these dvds and I was more in the 300 - 400 range. Obviously everyone is different...depends on your sex, height, weight, age, muscle mass, fitness level, etc. I am not losing weight FAST...but very consistently which I think is best in the long run. I normally lose 1-2 pounds a week which is recommended; through counting calories and daily exercise.
Kgirl - I remember the first time I tried Cardio Party 1 - OMG...I sweated like a ! Even my hair was soaked LOL! I had troubles in the beginning following along; some of the moves are fast and I couldn't keep up. It really doesn't take long to be able to keep up...now I even wear the weighted gloves when I do it. Don't get discouraged - remember Chalene says something to the effect of 'even the mistakes burn calories' so just keep moving....it will all fall into place soon.

Hello everybody! Haven't posted for a few weeks, and wanted to check in. Enjoyed reading everyone's posts. WELCOME to all the new people! I did the 20 minute workout today...I LOVE it so much. On the days I do the 20 minute routine, I follow it with Lower Body Jam or Ab Jam to complete the workout. The 20 minutes just goes by SO fast! I wanted to ask if anyone has any thoughts on Cardio Party Remix and Cardio Party 3? I'm wanting to purchase one or both, but wanted some input first.
An update on my results...I started Turbo Jam on August 2nd, and I weighed 189 pounds at that time (I'm 5'7" tall). Through a changed diet and Turbo Jam workouts daily, I now weigh 169...on my way to 150. I told my husband I might even go for 145 My goal is to get to 150 by Christmas.
Looking forward to hearing about your progress soon!

Sweetmama--How old are you? I noticed that when I was younger I could workout a few times a week and eat whatever I want and the weight just melted off. I have been on a diet for two straight weeks--no cheating AND working out and I have only lost two lbs. It is crazy! Also, I have tried the firm and it builds ALOT of muscle. So, you are probably gaining weight from that--but building muscle is good--it burns calories.
I found I could not keep up with the Firm--Turbo Jam was much better and more fun! I wish you the best

Hey Jen - great to see you posting again! Congrats on your awesome progress! You rock! In my opinion, both of the workouts you mentioned are good. Cardio Party 3 is one of my favorites - second only to Punch Kick & Jam. It's fantastic! Cardio Party Remix is great for the fact that's only 30 min...I can use it if I'm short on time OR if I want to combine it with a toning dvd - which is what I did tonight LOL. It's a remix of Chalene's favorite sequences from the other dvds. Anyway, that's just my take on it - hope it helps a bit!

All through High School I have been known as the 'chubby' one, and then Into College things didn't get any better. When my mother had to go in for a triple bypass.. I knew I had to do something now. After using Turbo Jam for two months I have to admit, I was starting to get a little frustrated with my results. I’ve been following a strict diet plan, and to date have lost 6 lbs when my sister, who’s on the same plan has lost 22! What I didn't realize however, was that I’ve been trading Fat for Muscle. People had suggested it, but when you are struggling with your weight you don’t listen. This morning I was in the bathroom changing my shirt when lo’ and behold, I looked at my tummy. WOW! It’s amazing! I’ve got a long ways to go, but for the first time in my life I can say I’ve got the beginnings of Abs! Real abs on me!! I can't wait to rush home today and do my work out; I’m so pumped now! I’ve never been a fan of cheesy reviews but I can’t help it. Turbo Jam really is the best work out that I have found to date!

Scoobees...just wanted to thank you for recommending Cardio Party 3. I LOVE it...I was ready for a new cardio workout...I really enjoy Cardio Party 1 and 2, the 20 minute workout, and Fat Blaster, but the moves in 3 are challenging and new...so I'm enjoying it!
I'm SO excited about the Kickin' Core workout. Anybody know when it is going to be released?
Next week marks my 3 month "anniversary" with Turbo Jam...I'll post my results, as seeing others results is what motivated me to begin this program. Hopefully I can help to motivate others.
Enjoy your weekend,
Jennifer

You're so welcome Jennifer! Great to hear from you again. I'm so glad you're liking CP3 - it really is challenging, isn't it? It's always nice to have new routines to learn to keep it all fresh.
I haven't heard when the new one is coming out yet...if I see anything over at the beachbody forums I'll be sure to post.
Congrats on your 3 month anniversary!!!
