:heart:It's Time To Party:heart:

I've been going around all day saying that!  The music is in my head:D!!  Today I did Burn (my 3rd time) and the 20 min. workout (1st time) together.  Total blast!  I got lost for a bit in the 20 min w/o because it was my first time - but I didn't quit moving! I had a great time; my son was laughing his butt off at me but who cares?? He was on the speakerphone at the time with me running around yelling 'it's time to party' and shakin' & shedding':D - what a site!

I think I will try the 20 min w/o a couple more times and then see if I can handle Cardio Party...well, at least SOME of it LOL!!!!

I can honesty feel it already today in my butt & thighs...they were workin'.  What a great time!  I am totally loving this!

Good morning everyone!
Thank you for your tips on cravings.  It is nice to get responses in a forum.  I love this site!  Last time I posted I had done The Burn 3 times.  Last night I ventured into Turbo Sculpt and this morning I did the 20 minute workout.  It is a little harder to keep up but I am sure after we have done these workouts a zillion times, we will be glad Chalene doesn't explain every move every time.  The 20-min workout is a great way to start the day.  It is the most fun yet.  I am guessing that Cardio Party gets even crazier!
I have been exercising about an hour every day for 11 days now - the last 4 with Turbo Jam (I intersperse these workouts with The Firm) - and I feel GREAT.  As I have said before I am a complete stranger to aerobic exercise.  I have really missed out on this sense of calm and well-being that I feel from exercising every day.  It was YOU on this forum that introduced me to that strange concept of doing it every day!  That kind of focus is what is making the results noticable, which makes it very clear I am doing the right thing at age 40.

I did the 20 minute work out last night...I loved it! It didn't feel like 20 minutes had gone by!! I know when I'm usually on the treadmill, I watch the minutes and it seems to go so slow! With TJ I wasn't even thinking about the time, I dont think I've every done any exercise where I haven't watched the time. This is really great, I can't wait to try the 40 minute cardio! :P

Oh yeah - that 20 minutes flies by!  And the whole time I'm :D and sweatin' away.  I've done the 20 min three times now...and I think the schedule says to do the 20 min with Ab Jam tonight.  I've never even taken a look at the Ab Jam yet - I guess I will in a bit.  I can't wait to try Cardio Party either!

Since starting Turbo Jam on July 5th I have gotten 5 co-workers to order it!  I'm like an ambassador for Turbo Jam!  Where's my commission?;)  I can't help but talk about it.  It's like the best thing ever.  I agree with you on the Ab Jam.  I've only done it once but I didn't complete the floor part.  It was too tough!  One thing I love about Turbo Jam is that I feel proud everytime I finish it.  I've already been working out for a long time before starting Turbo Jam.  I'd say that I'm Intermediate.  But I couldn't always finish the workout.  When I was doing Billy's Boot Camp the only workout I could finish was the Cardio Live and it was less than 30 minutes.  I couldn't complete the longer workouts from The Firm either.  But I can complete Cardio Party.  And I complete it every time.  That makes me feel good.  And even if Turbo Jam didn't make me lose weight (which it does!) I would still do it for that reason alone.  It makes me feel good about myself and proud of myself.

well i finally got my tj last week. i've done the burn three times now and i'm finally getting co-ordinated enough to follow it pretty much in time. lol. i am definately feeling the muscles. I'm looking forward to doing the other workouts too. but i'm taking it slowly cos i don't want to do an injury. I can really see what everyone means when they say that they don't even notice the time go by. This is the first time I've found this with exercise too. Never have i been able to say that i actually enjoy exercising:grin:

Jewels - I'm glad to hear you're still at it and having a good time!  Ab Jam was tough for me - but I guess it's supposed to be!  The standing part was fun...the floor part killed me...but I know it'll come in time when the ole abs get stronger. Let me know what you think after you've tried it!!

kiwigirl - The time really does go by fast doesn't it?  It was hard for me to believe reading all these posts of people actually having FUN exercising...till I got mine LOL!  I was smiling again today!

I've been taking it slow also.  I wanted to rush in and try all the workouts right away, but I'm prone to injury so I am following the schedule in the book to a tee.  Today's schedule was to do Cardio Party for the first time.  I was a bit nervous - but it was a blast!!  What is really great about it is that you've already been taught the moves, it's just putting them all together for a longer period.  It went LOTS faster than I could have imagined.  As I posted in my diary - I sweated buckets; my hair was soaked to my own head...LOL...but it was totally doable!  At the end, I was still .  Tomorrow's schedule has the 20 min with Ab Jam again....Oh nooo..., those abs better be getting stronger!

Good luck all! Continued success!

Got My TJ!!!

I finally got TJ this afternoon. I was getting ready for work and I kept walking to the door to see if the UPS man was here....Finally he showed up!! I didn't have time to look at it before I left for work but when I got home I tore into it like a kid on Christmas morning!!

I did the Lear & Burn just to see what it was like and I LOVED it..I wasn't sure how I would do but I picked up moves really quick and I was sweating like crazy!! Everything that I have read on this message board is true!! I only looked at the time twice and both times I was shocked..I couldn't believe that it was going by so quick..I must be more out of shape that I thought because the last 5 minutes when we do all of the kicks I could barely lift my leg up!! My boyfriend watched me and gave me encouragement the entire time..he didn't want to do it because he is sore from a softball tournament yesterday but he is going to start doing it with me.

I want to thank everyone who posts to this board..you all have given me motivation and plenty of advise. I have about 50 lbs to lose from today. I have already done my measurements and I will get my weight tomorrow. I'll keep you posted on my progress and as I move on through the schedule..hope to hear more from everyone as we get closer to our goals!!!

Kloie - Glad you got your TJ!!!  Isn't it fun so far?!  The time really does go by fast.  I was really skeptical too when reading all these positive things about TJ; it sounded too good to be true.  Then when you get yours and try it the first time - you know everything you read was really true!

I just started recently too; I'm following the schedule in the guidebook and just got to do Cardio Party for the first time yesterday.  Total blast - talk about sweat!!!

Keep us posted!  I know you're gonna love it!

Hello everyone!  I purchased Turbo Jam due to the FABULOUS reviews and results you all have shared.  Thank you!  I received my package today, and after reading through the guidebook, I did the Learn and Burn workout.  I'm very excited to move on to the other tapes.

Just a little about me...I'm 29 and a wife and mother of one beautiful 23 month old daughter.  At my heaviest, I weighed 225 (yikes!) but with diet and exercise am now at 188.  I have been steady at this weight for several months, and am wanting to get past this plateau.  I'm 5'8" tall and my goal weight is 150...maybe 145, but we'll see .  My main goal is to be fit and healthy and provide a good role model in terms of body image for my daughter.  I have always been an athlete, but started to gain weight during college when I wasn't conditioning daily as I had during high school.  I love to exercise...but my eating habits are not always as they should be.  I am doing a 10 day "detox" to re-program my body and ease my ever present cravings for things not so good for me.  I don't eat junk...but my portion sizes are too big, and I think I eat too much dairy.  I'm doing this in the place of the 10 day program provided with Turbo Jam, as it is a high protein/low carb eating plan, and I don't do high protein/low carb...bad experience in the past!

I've done my measurements, and plan to post my results at the end of 10 days!  Wish me luck!  Looking forward to chatting with you all...

Hello everyone...just doing my research before I buy it!

It sound good, but my problem is not actually loosing weight, I just want to tone all my muscles and specially my abs... The Abs DVD in this program uses the same floor-crunching abs technique that everyone else uses? I've never been able to do these because of a lower back problem I get when doing these type of abdominals. Can you actually tone and workout your abs with the rest of the exercises?

Will this program help me with that...or will I look even skinnier?? I weight 120 pounds, 5'3- So not bad. I really don't want to dissapear or look like those hollywood girls all starved out:shock:! But I need to be able to shape my abs...it seems like everything I eat stays there and Im skiny everywhere else...HELP!!

Any input will be appreciated.

Well I got my cousin to do turbo jam! She wanted to do it again!! One problem here is the heat wave we're having. I don't have AC and the last 3 days have been  just to hot for me to work out  I was doing really good, i'm just hoping I won't have problems getting back into it, like I do with anything else. Although since i enjoy this so much I don't think I'll have any problems, I can't wait to do the cardio party and abs!! Anyone else dealing with this heat??

Hi sweetheart21.  It is sweltering here in NC :sun:, but I have the benefit of AC in my home.  It must be quite a strain to experience this heat wave without it.  Keep reading these posts to make sure you get back to Turbo Jam as soon as you can.

Everyone here is having a very similar experience, so I think you also will find that you want to "hang out" with Chalene again! and again! I get up every morning and do the 20 minute workout.  That is a great way to start the day - shaking my bootie and kicking butt...well, behind my butt!  I feel like a little kid and when it is time to jump rope I hop all around the room.  I am not getting bored from doing the same workout.  In fact it gets more enjoyable because my coordination is improving and now that I know the moves I can put more power into them like some of the women do in the video.

Hi nuchis.  Like you, I do not need to lose weight.  I am glad to hear someone else say it! I am just about the same height and weight as you.  Still, TJ has a lot of value to me.  I am gaining endurance and strength.  I started exercising daily on July 16th so today is day 20 (the last 14 days include TJ). My tummy is still chubby because as I burn calories I am eating them, but to my shock my hips went down 1/2 inch and my chest grew 1/4-1/2 inch. I am new to measuring so I hope I am being accurate.  I am small on top and big on bottom so this change means I am getting more proportionate.  This isn't weight loss, but I guess this is what they call "toning".  I do want to say here that I think the chest increase is from the strength training I am doing. I feel muscles building as I work out with dumbbells.

I have gone from exercising maybe 30 minutes a week, to an hour a day, but I have gained a couple pounds instead of losing them. I am so HUNGRY!  The first few days there was no real change in eating habits.  Now I wake up in the middle of the night starving.   To maintain my weight at a sedentary lifestyle, I could eat only about 1500 calories a day.  But now I may be burning around 400-500 extra calories a day so it is as if my body is in emergency mode.  I am trying to keep this in perspective.  My self-esteem has improved, my moods are more regulated, I have more hope that I will age gracefully, I am getting stronger and I have more endurance.  Maybe after a while the hunger will level off as my body gets used to this new way of living!

Thanks for replying!

Can you give me your opinion on the abdominal workout issue ?

Is the abdominal work like the typical, crunches-laying on the floor? Or is it different! I really can't stand doing the regular type of abdominals...they hurt my back.

Thanks!

nuchis, I have not done the Turbo Jam Ab workout yet.  They say some of it is on the floor which may not be best for you.  But I can tell you that Chalene focuses on using your abs the entire time through all of the workouts.  My waist was so sore after the Burn workout which is the first one and is only 15 minutes.  And other exercising has made me that sore in the middle - lower back included.  So if you take her seriously and stay "tucked in" the whole time, your abs will get strong.  She has one move called "pump it" and you can really squeeze your abs in that move.
Can you do reverse crunches safely on the floor? - the ones where you are on your back, legs up in the air and you lift your hips up and down.  Those really burn.

Hi Aria82. I can relate to what you were saying about not being able to complete other workout videos.  So congrats on pushing through that barrier and experiencing that sense of accomplishment!  I couldn't get through the Burn workout when I started.  Now I can push all the way to the end of the 20 minute workout.  I did Cardio Party once and will do it again this weekend.  45 minutes just sounds so daunting!  I always make sure I make it to the end of a video, even if it means stopping several times in the middle of it.  And sometimes I do the moves slower, at a pace my body can handle.  And then after a while I can keep up with them.  This seems to be working to keep me from getting down on myself for not trying hard enough - because that always causes me to give up and quit.

In my first post I said the TJ videos were expensive.  Now I don't look at it that way. I am using them, I am getting a lot from them that I couldn't give myself, and I will continue to use them.  I can't push myself to do that much cardio for that long.  I need Chalene's encouragement and the upbeat music.

I have never been part of such a lively forum.  It is nice we are all trying Turbo Jam together and sharing our progress.  Thank goodness this site came up in the search engine!  When I was at the stage of researching, I thought everyone here was just a little too positive to be real.  But, like others have mentioned, I am very pleased and I am making TJ a part of my daily routine.  I think it is amazing this thread has stayed active since JANUARY!!!

welcome to turbo jam nuchis!  to answer your ? about the ab jam...there's two parts 1)the stand up and 2)floor.  You can just do the stand up workout and get an excellent ab workout.  And like Chererne said, if you keep your pelvis tucked in throughout all of turbo jam moves, you'll protect your back and strengthen your stomach.  Turbo Jam is total body cardio.  Even though you're doing cardio you're toning as well, because every move works your arms, abs, and legs.  I was sooo sore after doing the Learn and Burn the first time.  And now I'm going into my 5th week of Turbo Jam!  I just received my Maximum Results package.

i agree with you chererene about the cost of Turbo Jam.  I've never purchased a workout set, that after 4 days of doing it ordered the next package.  That's saying something.  And then after a week ordered the max package.  And if they had more I would buy them too.  That's how great a workout it is.  That's how much fun you have and how much it makes you sweat.  Turbo Jam is well worth the cost!:ribbon:

hi guys, well i have just finished doing ab jam for the first time, and all i can say is

"O MY GOD" i did not even know my abs had sooo many muscle to ache. lol. but at least its a good ache and i know that this is going to be worth it, as long as i stick to it. which for me i am doing a pretty good job so far. And amazingly i can't even imagine stopping. (this is a minor miracle for me:grin:) I am so pleased to still be feeling so enthusiastic about an exercise program. Well i'm a bit daunted by the prospect of doing the cardio party tommorrow but thats only because the idea of doing a cardio workout for 45mins is something i havn't had to do for a very long time. Never mind i'm sure i will be fine. I might not be able to do much for the rest of the day, lol, but I am determined to do it.

BrittanyNicole - I know how hard it is waiting for your TJ package, I was peeking out the door constantly for mine!  I could not wait to get started; those infomercials were so good, in fact they still get me pumped up!!

Kiwigirl - Glad to hear you're still doing good! The Ab Jam really gets me too; it was only my second time last week and the floor part is a bit too tough here and there for me - but I'll get it someday!  Good luck with Cardio Party - it really is a blast! I can't remember ever sweating so much  but the time really did go by fast. I'm sure you'll rock it!!

The cardio party's lots of fun. :)  I only have the basic package and I'd love to try the other mixes, but oh well... mix #1 is enough for now.  As others have said, the time just flies by!  The pace is fast, but you can still grab a couple secs to get your breath back, especially if you do the low impact version of jump rope.  Don't worry, you'll have a blast!

Well I just finished the cardio party mix 1. The good news is that i'm still feeling enthusiastic about tj and know i will continue. the bad news is that i am COMPLETELY unco-ordinated, lol. But I know that after a few more times of doing it I will get the sequences down. I definately understand what you have said Scoobees about the sweating and my muscles aren't aching too much, except for my shins, but that has more to do with my weight than the tj. Still, after doing 45 mins of cardio and still feeling positive I am very impressed with Chalene's routines.

Woohoooo Kiwigirl! You made it 45 minutes AND still are enthusiastic about TJ!  That's what it's all about; it really gets ya hooked.  Don't let your feelings about being uncoordinated get ya down - you know you'll get the routines down in time and hey - you're sweating no matter what!  I'm sure I'll feel a little lost tomorrow when I try Turbo Sculpt for the first time but I'll still be !!!

Scoobees...I've done Turbo Sculpt twice now and LOVE it.  I'm on Day 8 of the 10 in 10 program.  The thing I love about the Sculpt workout is that you still sweat...and it really revs up your results.  Let me know what you think!  I'll be posting my stats at the end of Day 10 to let you all know how the 10 in 10 has worked for me.  Keep Jammin'  - Jen :)

thanks for your encouragement scoobees, it means a lot. Let me know how turbo sculpt goes for you, thats my mission for next week. I am really loving the ab jam as I can feel all the muscles like I never have with any other workout. I'm not expecting a six pack but it will be nice to not have a jelly belly for a change:grin:, and I can feel it in the rest of my body also, its like i can feel the muscles tightening a bit each day.

Ok, I finally made it to Turbo Sculpt today!  It was great!!  And just like Jen said - you do sweat, and it's a great addition to all the cardio.  I wasn't sure if I should use 3lb or 5lb weights for this first time...but I ended up picking the 5 lbs.  I am used to doing pretty moderate to heavy weight training on a consistent basis so I thought this dvd might be a joke for me - wrong!   The very light weights with such high repetitions are quite a contrast to what I am used to!  It was actually quite challenging.  My shoulders are pretty sore already as Chalene does so many shoulder exercises - yikes.  But hey, we want those sexy shoulders anyway!  My thighs and butt are feeling a little tight as well...ya gotta love those squats and lunges!

The schedule has turbo sculpt paired with Ab Jam so I did the abs for the third time now...and I actually could do more this time!!  WooHooo! I will get there yet!  Only thing is, I kinda feel like a big boo-boo...everything is sore!!  Shoulders, butt, thighs, abs...but it's a good sore of course!

And just like kiwigirl said - I'm not expecting a six pack either; just no jelly rolls!!!

I'm not feeling as sore as I thought I would be today thank goodness.  My shoulders and lower body are just a tad sore - the kind of sore that makes ya proud you work out.

Today was another stab at Cardio Party 1.  I am beginning to really love that one; I was actually excited about it this morning!  My absolute favorite part of that is the finesse part at the end; and not just because the cardio is over , but I love Chalene's little sequence in that cool down.  The little 'jenga' or whatever she calls it with the march and double kick front - kick back is soo fun.  It almost make me feel coordinated LOL!!!!

Keep on Jammin'

Hi everyone.  I completed the 10 in 10, and I'll be posting my measurements and weightloss tomorrow.  I wanted to ask for some opinions on the Maximum Results package...I am LOVING my basic package but think it might be good to add the maximum results workouts for more variety.  Any input you can give me in regards to the difference in the maximum results workouts as compared to the basic package would be appreciated!

Thanks so much...Jen

As promised, here are my 10 in 10 results:

Chest:  -1"

Right Arm:  No change

Left Arm:  No change

Waist:  -1"

Hips:  -.5"

Right Thigh:  -1"

Left Thigh:  -.5"

Total inches lost in 10 days:  4"

Weight:  -8.5 lbs.

I did not follow the eating plan included with the package.  Instead at no more than 1300 calories per day and ate ONLY fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.  I added chicken breast on Day 8.   This has completely restructured the way my body works.  I didn't realize that I didn't need so much dairy/meat.  I realize now that cheese overload was what was causing my bloating.  Now I will add it back into my diet but only in moderation.  I am wanting to lose 30 more pounds...correction...I will lose 30 more pounds  and would like to do so before the holidays.  A lofty goal but with focus and Turbo Jam I am going to succeed.

Hope everyone is doing well and Jammin' with Chalene today!

Great job Jen!!!!!  I admire your sticking to a 10 day plan and getting real results- combining a change in diet as well as exercise.
I've made it 4 weeks now, changing my exercise habits but not changing my diet.  I went from almost 0 exercise to an average of 1 hour a day.  This new lifestyle is fabulous.  There is a noticable difference.  My thighs are firmer, my butt is 1/2 inch smaller, my chest is strong, and my waist is down an inch.
I have developed a complete program that works for me.  It includes cardio, endurance training (low weight, high reps) and strength training (high weight, low reps).  The variety is keeping me going and going -- AND GOING!
I love the 20 minute TJ workout.  The Cardio Party was really hard for me so I decided to split it in 3 parts, doing 10 minutes of strength training between parts.  I got a break from the cardio and a real challenge to my muscles.  This made me not feel guilty about taking breaks during a 45 min. cardio routine, so I enjoyed the workout more.  And I noticed I wasn't doing the punches quite right.  It is rewarding to improve my form as I learn the moves.
Ab Jam has shown me how to engage my core (stay tucked under) which is useful during all workouts.  I'll finish another workout and still have a little energy and I'll think "I'll do Ab Jam!".  There is just something about it that is fun and it is a huge relief from standard ab exercises.  She does a lot of focus on the obliques which works a broader area.  It is a very effective workout.  My stomach is tighter.  I am so happy about this because last year I took a belly dance class - where you show your stomach - and I quit the class because I was ashamed of the flab!
What else is fun is to turn on some music, like R&B and start dancing.  You'll find yourself doing some of the TJ moves!!!!

I LOVE the maximum results package. Cardio party 3 is 50 minutes, but the sense of accomplishment at completing it is unmatched! The sculpting and the fat blaster are really effective, too. All the TJ videos incorporate similar moves which makes learning subsequent routines easier. But they all have their own unique moves that make them each unique and valuable to have as an entire collection.

I recently bought a book that had detailed anatomical drawings of each of the muscle groups and gave strength training tips and modifications of the exercises to adapt to your fitness level. This book was incredibly vivid and informative. As a dentist, I knew most of the anatomy, but it was very much a sports physiology "textbook".  The more I read of it, the more I realized...This book is essentially the Turbo Jam moves. All the important tips and modifications are demonstrated by the core group that works with Chalene in the videos. SHE REALLY KNOWS HER STUFF!!! The more I know, the more I appreciate Turbo Jam.:dog:

Hey everyone!  I just started TJ, and I love it.  One of the girls I work with has lost over 40lbs with it already, so that pretty much motivated me.  Anyone have any good tips...I'm 21, 5'3, and 210 lbs...I have a long way to go to get to my goal of 130.  All tips are welcome

hey ebonybombshell how did you find out about more turbo jam videos?  i hope chalene just keeps kranking them out bc I personally can't get enough. cardio party mix 3 is great and so if fat blaster.  i haven't done the 3t or punch kick and jam.  but i'll be doing them soon.

and heather 71285 that's great that your co-worker lost 40lbs!  how long did it take her?  i'm finding that my weight isn't coming off as quickly as i would like.  i've increased my endurance definitely i can keep up with chalene.  that's a definite improvement.  my advice would be don't try to overdo it.  everyday commit to complete your workout.  some days i'll cut down on the jumping, or not squat as deep.  but most days, once i'm into the warm up i'm good to go.  if you're going to be doing it on carpet you might want to try it w/o sneakers bc they hinder me with pivots and it's easier for me to do the turbos w/o them.  let us know how much you love it!!! because you definitely will:grin:

I got my turbo jam dvd's about 2 week ago.  I LOVE THEM:tongue:!  This is by far the best home workout I've done.  So far, I've lost 5 lbs. and a total of 6 inches overall.  I feel great and can see some definition coming in on my legs and obliques.  Lower leg jam is a killer but I definitely like what I see and so does my hubbie :yum:.  My youngest baby is 8 months old and my oldest is 3 1/2.  I just got tired of using my babies as excuses.  I'm getting ready for next summer so I can have a beach-body.

Today:  ran 3 miles and did lower body jam

Aria82, how much weight have you lost since starting on 7/6/06?  I see you have a baby also. I'm 5'7' and 180lbs but carry my weight well.  I want to get down to 155 or so.  How much has everyone lost whose been on turbo jam for more than 2 weeks?

Hey Aria82 thank you for the reply!  I LOVE my turbo jam dvds.  I noticed a lot of you on here have mentioned a lot of different work out dvds, but where do you buy them from, I didnt see them on the site, unless I'm blind, lol.  All I have is the Cardio Party 1, 20 Min workout, Ab Jam, and Turbo Sculpt...and there so addicting, I want more!  The girl I work with has been doing the workouts for only like 4 months or something like that.  Yesterday I did the 20 min workout and the ab jam...and I have muscles sore that I never even knew I had, I LOVE IT!  How is your progress comming along?

Heather...Go to Beach Body.com. Use the link through this site...Peter gets credit and it helps him keep this site free. Click on the link as if to order the first set of videos...They will give you prompts for all the other packages. There is the Maximum results, the live package and I think one other that has lower body Jam and Cardio Party 2. The more you order, the more of a discount you get. Plus if you order them all at once, the shipping is combined. :dog:

I've lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks.  I'm very excited!  The first 10 days (when I was doing the 10 in 10 program) the weight came off very quickly.  Subsequently, it has slowed down to a pound a week.  I'm not going to get worried about the slow down because I have FINALLY found an exercise program I will stick with for the long term.  I received some new Turbo DVDs in the mail yesterday, and after I opened the package, my daughter (who is 23 months old) picked up the 3T workout and wanted to play it.  I had already done Cardio Party Mix #1 in the morning, but decided to do 3T too at her insistance.  SO I worked out twice yesterday!  It's a great thing when your child even loves these workouts!  I too am interested in how quickly people saw weight loss results...looking forward to hearing from you!

I couldn't wait anymore...I just ordered the rest of the turbo jam videos tonight.  I was going to buy only the maximum results package, but of course they offer you discounts on the others so...fine...just give me all of them:grin:!  I know I will want them sooner or later anyway - and probably sooner.  It said to allow 2-3 weeks for shipping though; I didn't feel like kicking in yet another $15 for faster delivery as my order was already over $100.  So this time I will really have to wait.  Oh well, something to look forward to!
