I started drinking some green tea yesterday, and also drank some this morning. I've been feeling hungry all day.
I haven't been eating any less than usual.
Do you think it's the green tea or just a weird coincidence. Or maybe it's because I went to bed on an empty stomach last night, and I don't usually do that. I went to sleep early too.
But anyway... What do you think about green tea?
Has it helped you in anyway?

Woah! So for the last few days, I've been eating more than usual. Around 1700-1850 calories instead of 1600 calories. I've also been drinking green tea everyday for the last few days.
I was worried that I gained 2lbs, but today my scale read 110lbs!! I lost 1-2lbs!
WEIRD. I weighed in after I ate breakfast too...
Green tea or coincidence?
I'm just glad I didn't gain!

Thanks! I'm gonna go drink another cup right now.
& To be specific, I've been using the Lipton Decaffeinated Green Tea bags.

I checked in this morning, and I gained 2lbs. No surprise though. This week was pretty bad for me. I've been over eating, and had lots of unhealthy food (pizza, snacks, ice cream, Chinese food) because relatives came over. But my tummy was super flat earlier this week! It just regained the bulge yesterday. Hopefully I can get back on track this week... But I'm going out today...

You'll get back on track, one day at a time. I've been drinking the Green Tea I bought at Fresh and Easy, it tasted very sour, so I was wondering if you add anything to it?
It makes me feel full, which is a great thing, but aside from that I'm not sure if it made a diffrerence, but I still drink it in the mornings.

I guess it depends on the brand.. Mine doesn't taste sour, but it begins to taste a little bitter if I leave the tea bag in for too long. I use to add milk and sugar or sweetener to mine, but now I don't add anything to it.
And I STILL haven't gotten back on track yet! (I ate chips, pastry, and 3-4 peanut butter cookies yesterday along with other food! )
I honestly thought I would be at 114lbs... I'm back down to 110lbs! Definitely surprising with the way I've been eating lately. I have continued to drink green tea too...
