Hi! I am new here. I am mom to two active boys so I am running a lot. I often find that I do not have time to sit down and eat a healthy meal (typically lunch) and wind up grabbing something unhealthy as I am running out the door. Does anyone have any tips for healthy on the go type things? For the most part, I tend to steer clear of pre-packaged items....or at least I try too!!

Anything grab-and-go would do. For example, an apple. Apples do have a bit of calories (like 100 for a large apple) and are really filling. I wouldn't have an apple as your sole item for lunch, but it's a great snack. :)
You can switch it up by changing it for a pear or any other fruit.
