nutritional value of oatmeal v/s broken wheat

hi everybody

i would like to know that how  oatmeal and whole wheat porridge fare on nutrition and calorie front

though i like both of them the country i am presently staying has no oatmeal available but plenty of broken wheat is there

also i tried to search on the net but unable to find the calories content  of lentils like

whole green gram cooked

whole brown gram cooked

washed yellow moong

washed black lentiul

whole black lentil

one cup of basmati rice

also chappati made with whole wheat flour

dates (fresh)

i will be grateful if some one can please help me out

I tried Googling and also didn't get much luck. You might need 'Indian Food Composition tables' which are in book form, not on the internet. A website like http://www.nutritiondata.com gives one figure for lentils, not specifying what type etc.
