i am going to a thai restaurant and have no idea what i can get that is lowest calorie!!! i am on a diet... hate sauces. can i ask for them on the side?
i cant be a pain to the waiter bc i am going with my bf and his family so i cant ask about oils and such.
what is the healthiest lowest calorie fat food there? i dont know thai!!
need help... thanks!!!

Hi danamichael!
I'm guessing you've already gone to the thai place...hope you enjoyed it without too much anxiety. But, just for future reference, if you're going somewhere that you're not familiar with the menu, you can always just call, ask for a manager, and tell him what your sepecfic dietary restrictions are and ask for suggestions! !...Done it a million times and 99% of the time they are happy to make suggestions and help steer you to selections that match (or come close to matching) what you're looking for - after alll, they want your business!
