Where do I buy it??

Also, can I just add it to anything?

Cereal, smoothies, salads, etc?

In the UK I can buy it at 1) health shops like 'Holland and Barrett' (in the US you have shops like GNC?) and 2) supermarkets like ASDA/Walmart. I can also buy it online, for example from Amazon

I add it to smoothies.

Packaging suggests you can mix it with water, milk or juice, but I have discovered it can mix well with frozen fruit. I use a food processor to mix

If you just use a spoon to mix the whey protein powder with your liquid of choice, you will probably get lumps.

People on the go sometimes use a special plastic shaker: they take the powder with them then add water, cover, shake and drink.

I don't think it will work with salads or cereal. People tend to add things like flax seeds to salads and cereal because flax seeds are crunchy. Given the choice you wouldn't want to eat Whey Powder in its powder form

One final note: it is best to eat your creation within 20 minutes of making it, otherwise it begins to 'separate'

I've seen protein powder in all health food and supplement stores, even at Walmart. I'm with Nir, I like to add it to smoothies best... but I also add it to my whole wheat pancake batter and it actually tastes really good there!

Yes!  that great Chocolate Banana Outcake!!!

In the states, look at GNC.  They usually have several varieties of it.

I use it almost daily.

One of my favorites is:

1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein
6 tbsp Low Fat Yogurt
1/2 cup Kashi Granola Cereal (or a crushed granola bar will work)

Mix thoroughly by hand or machine and enjoy!

Does protein powder help you to feel full all day?  If so, I might have to get some of it.

Well, that's a tough question since I usually eat it as an evening snack.  But I imagine that it would.  I know that it kills any evening hunger, yet I still wake up a tad hungry.
