Fiber question

I read in South Beach Diet book that you could take Medimusile (sp?) before a meal to help with weight loss. Any comments???????

Don't know about that product specifically but ANY fiber helps with weight loss so I guess it would be good. See my FAQ, "Why is eating fiber important for weight loss?"

Vitamins are critical to a healthy body.
I don't want to give medical advice, but as I understand it if you ate healthy, well-balanced meals you'd never need a supplement. But who does?
