Hi, this is my first diet that I've ever made. I think it's actually pretty good, got lots of protein, low fat, and about 2000 calories. Thanks for helping. Btw, this is a cutting diet.

Stats:
Age:21
Height:5'7
Weight:133 (I compete in wrestling, so I can't gain alot)
Bodyfat: 11% (I'm also trying to loose 2%.)
Lifting exp: I know my way around the gym.

Okay, so you might think that I have to many calories for a cutting diet. I don't. Here's why...
1. I have weight lifting at 1:00am and 6:30pm.
2.I'm very active.
3.I also have wrestling practice at 3:10pm.

I also tried to get my protein intake at 1.5g of protein per pound of my body weight.

So, any opinions? I'm free to all ideas, just don't say anything like "this diet sucks, fix it." That doesn't help me. Thanks!

I don't agree that a cutting diet needs to be this high in protein (all you require is enough protein to avoid muscle loss, since you're not trying to build new muscle) obviously opinion varies immensely on the subject, for example at the lower end more compatible with my thinking is Dr Peter Lemon's study (quoted by Tom Venuto in BFFM amongst other places).

Even if you disagree on the first point you have to agree your diet has just 4oz vegetables (broccoli) and no fruits or beans, nutritionally that is your main problem - vitamins minerals pytochemicals, even if you're taking a multi (and you should be, anyway) you need vegetation for pytochemicals as you won't get those from a pill.

You know more than I did when I was 21 so not all is lost
