Me and my friend Alma are doing the Hollywood Diet. I have heard some bad stuff from others but It has worked just fine for both us. I have lost up to 14 pounds in one month and Alma has lost 8. I guess it works differently for all of us. This diet can be found over the internet but there are two diets, we are doing the less costly one. Thank you.
