Watch from 1:00. You may want to watch the whole documentary. They want to see if a group of skinny persons will be able to put on lots of weight under a 10,000 calorie a day regimen. I have not seen the whole thing yet, but it's certainly something I wanted to see forever.
This was really interesting. Now I wish I was one of those people who can't stomach the thought of food once full- no matter how tasty the dessert looks.
ETA: I was a bit freaked out when the one guy mentioned eating pizza with mayo. Do many people actually do that??? Or is he just quirky?
I've noticed that all the skinny ones I know could not care less for desserts. They are social eaters when it comes to sugar, meaning they will eat only if others eat as well. I never see them eating desserts in solo. However, the overweight people I know eat a lot of it, not because they did not eat anything for a while, but just for fun. It seems that some people eat to live (skinny mentality) and others live to eat (overweight people like me).
