Well I just ordered a copy of Prevention's Flat Belly Diet book off of Ebay. I am quite skeptical as I don't know how any diet can target an area of the body, but I really feel like I'm in a rut with these last few pounds to lose and, darn it, I want a flat tummy!!!!

So I'm hoping that changing up my diet with something else for a while may kick those last few pounds.

I haven't gotten the book yet (hopefully in about a week) but does anyone have any advice or tips regarding the diet?

The authors of the book on Good Morning America. You'll see what you will be eating under this plan. I read the book, but did not try the recommendations. I read another book and tried it. It just happens that this other book recommends MUFA's as well (monosaturaged fat). I have them at almost most of my meals and lost weight.

I'm not sure if it's because I eat more MUFA or because I eat much less carbs. I tend to believe that sugar and grains are the fattening food in MY case. It may not be for you. Everyone is different, so that's why I'm a big believer in personalising your diet. I think buying the book is a good idea.

You can try some exercise that seemed to work for me. Here I've made a playlist with all the videos for you: http://www.vibesage.com/member/oprea-cristian/viewvpl/381

I have added a Chinese tea into the program. The Oolong tea variety has had its roll in my weight loss plan.  You can try of the following website's products: yishanteashop.com
