Hi I did post this on the general discussion board but no one has answered as yet.
I just wanted to know if anyone knows about the Anne Collins diet and the Gabriel Method. I have read up on both yesterday and have googled reviews etc.
Peter founder of this forum do you have any extra info????
I also accidently found burn the fat and feed and the muscles and you have successfully answered this question for me, so could you help with these 2 . I don't want to spend money on all three, I just need to get a good comparison.
I don't have alot to lose but would like something that I could incorporate into my lifestyle to stay healthy and within my ideal weight range and isn't overely restrictive. Am I asking too much ??????
Anyone else out there have any info on these diet?????? it would be appreciated.
Cheers

Sorry, I'm not familiar with either of those. However, I have never made an effort to study even the most popular diets. I think they are all about marketing, and taking your money.
One only needs to keep working to improve their knowledge of eating well and exercising, and you don't need to pay for a "diet" to do that.
Not with libraries, and now the internet!
I think the solution is to read/learn all you can, keeping what will help you and work with your lifestyle. I don't think most "diets" will work with that many people... at least not long term.
